U.S. qualifies for 2014 World Cup

Book your tickets to Brazil, traveling U.S. soccer fans. Because the men's national team did the same Tuesday night, by dropping Mexico 2-0 in Columbus, Ohio, and watching Honduras draw with Panama to solidify its spot. Now, it's not as if the Americans haven't played on the World Cup stage before. But there's something a little different about this group, which thumped its struggling rivals and could enter the sport's biggest international tournament with some swagger.
