The Steelers selected Burress out of Michigan State 8th overall in the 2000 draft.
Welcome to SportsNation! On Thursday, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Plaxico Burress stops by to chat about the NFL season.
Burress is in his second stint with the Steelers, having played for Pittsburgh for the first five years of his career (2000-04). He then went on to play four seasons for the Giants, including on the Super Bowl XLII-winning team that upset the then-undefeated New England Patriots. A torn rotator cuff during training camp put Burress on the IR for the 2013 season.
For his career, Burress has 553 catches (14th among active players) for 8,499 yards (12th) and 64 TD catches (7th).
Send your questions now and join Burress Thursday at 3 p.m. ET!
