Hey Scott, I've been active on the waiver wire this year, and I have the choice of starting 2 of the following three backs in a PPR league: Priest Holmes, Justin Fargas, and Jesse Chatman. Any idea on which two I should go with? Thanks!
Good morning everyone! I would try to avoid starting Holmes - to expect good production from him is unrealistic, I believe
I have Brady on a bye so im forced to start Eli Manning, I also have Plax as my Top WR, can I expect great things from the duo?
I think Plaxico will score at least once, but Eli could be in for more than one TD pass and more than one turnover
Trying to decide between starting Hackett or Branch. Even if Branch plays, will he outproduce Hackett in his first week back? Luckily I have until Monday night to decide, but what do you think?
Branch is going to be a gametime decision, so I would definitely use the healthier Hackett
Hi Scott. With Chambers and Bowe not doing a whole lot, I need to add depth at WR. Who would you rather have for the rest of the season -- Chris Henry, Hackett or James Jones? Thanks.
Henry is still getting in trouble, and Jones is good, but not reliable - I would take the shot with Hackett
YO SCOTT!!!! What's the value of Rudi Johnson going forward??? I like his playoff schedule, but will he do anything? I can pick him up in exchange for Stallworth or T. Jones. What do you think?
I would avoid him - he is clearly not 100 pct right now and Watson has played well
Hey Yo, Scotty! I am thinking about trying to deal TJ Housh for a back like Westbrook or Bush. Can I trust my WR group of Coles, Colston and Harrison? My RB are Parker, Portis, Graham, Benson and Priest. Keep 2 in non-PPR keeper league. What do you think?
I think you should hold onto Houshmandzadeh, especially with Coles and Harrison always getting banged up
Hi, I'm having veto problems in my league so I thought I'd ask an expert. Should Westbrook for MJD and Welker be vetoed and what is your opinion of the deal. Stokley will replace Welker.
Not overturnable, as Westbrook is a top 5 RB and MJD is unreliable

I would use Engram - Branch may sit out again and Engram will remain at flanker where he can post good numbers again

Grab Aaron Moorehead of Indy, as he has a good chance to start - otherise, I would take the shot with Henderson against STL

I don't think Dunn can repeat that - if Gore does not practice today, I would use Hicks - -going forward, none will be reliable but Dayne may have a good game or two

You will have to make that decision before Monday, and if Alexander does not practice today, take the shot with Morris

Fantasy players keep waiting for this switch to happen in Chicago, but there are no real indications it will happen any time soon

I am saying that Priest will disappoint and Smith will play more respectably

I would use Davis - Seattle may have some trouble covering the TE and Priest is a 34 year old player trying to make a comeback after a long layoff
Pick two for this week Patten, Engram, Jennings. Is Engram the best Seattle WR option for this week?
You can't bench Jennings right now,a nd yes, Engram is the best Seahawks WR for this week
Should I be starting Chris Henry(CIN) over the likes f James Jones and Ike Hilliard this week?
Hilliard is on a bye - Henry could be limited and Jones has a good matchup, so I would use the GB WR

I would go with Chatman - Jackson will play, but is not expected to carry a full load

I would do that - you may end up cutting Priest ultimately as well - opportunity doesn't always translate into success - Priest has the opportunity, but I don't think much of the chances of a 34 year old RB who was not durable in his prime

I would go with Kitna - Anderson threw only one TD pass his last time out against Pittsburgh
If my opponent is playing Priest, would it be smart to start Kolby Smith over Gore and hope he does better. Points for Smith are ones Priest wont get.
You can't concern yourself with your opponent's lineup - you only start Smith if Gore sits out
Should I trade Lee Evans and Jamal Lewis for the Denver rb's I have depth at receiver and the Denver combo would be my #3 rb
The Denver RBs are a headache - keep who you have

Gore is not fully healthy, Gonzo is. Let's not overrate rain - these are pros we are discussing - look what Roethlisberger did in the rain last week

I think giving up Colston or Fitz to get Fargas right now is a bit much - I would shop Bowe or Curtis to see what you can come up with

You can find pretty good D/ST units on th efree agent list - I would not trade for one

Frgas for sure - he'll get you adequate numbers as compared to the other two
Cooley or Winslow? Worried about Winslow vs. PIT DEF.
Winslow had almost 90 receiving yards last time vs. Pitt,, , so he doesn't worry, but I would rather use Cooley - you should trade one of those two
What's the status on LenDale White? Is his toe injury a turf toe? I have to decided which to start - White or Steven Jackson. My concern with Jackson is that even though he said he is feeling much better but still not 100% healthy so I don't want to get stuck with a 1/4 work of a full game. Thanks
White played through the problem last week and it doesn't seem to be a major concern right now

If those are your other two options, two solid RBs with no health issues, I would not use Jackson
I am hurting at RB in a 14 team league and need a #2. Who in your opinion could be a sneaky pickup and post decent numbers this week and for the rest of the season.

I would not want to break up an LT/Peterson duo - I would shop Portis
Derek Anderson also didn't play the entire game in week 1 against Pittsburgh either so he could be in for better than 1 td this time around
He could also easily throw more than one pick - Anderson attempted 28 passes so he might as well have played a full game - the Steelers will shut down the run, the Browns will give up too many points, and Anderson will feel too much heat
This was an easier call early this season but with V. Davis playing so well should I go with him or Shockey this week?
I would stick with Shockey - big game and a top target for Manning

I would use Bowe - Johnson ha syet to really establish himself and the Lions are not throwing very efefctively right now

If Alexander does not practice today, I would go with Smith, unless its a PPR league, then I would use Watson
Should Bulger be owned in every format? Available in my league (12 team) on the wire, but I would need to drop either Chicago or the Detroit 'D' to grab him. My only QB currently is Losman...Thanks!
Well, you cannot rely on Losman, so I would drop the Bears D.
