What's the good word? Great to be back from Las Vegas, and ready for an hour-long chat today! Thanks for supporting 'MMA Live at UFC 91'. We had a great time and sincerely hope you enjoyed our coverage. Let's chat...
Hey Jon, give us a little more insight into the UFC's issue with fighters from the American Kickboxing Academy not signing over their names and likeness. The UFC released Fitch and they are rumored to be considering releasing Velasquez and Koscheck. Seems to be a very rash decision as all three fighters could certainly help another organization.
A very strange development, Bob. The UFC is just so powerful, and this seems to border on an abuse of that power. It's tough for Jon Fitch. He doesn't want to relinquish his rights to make money down the line through video games, etc., but being dropped by the UFC could be very detrimental to his career. Just a bad situation all around.
Jon, have to say that you guys did an AMAZING job in Las Vegas. You helped further our loving sport. I have nothing to say but good thoughts. Where is Couture going from here?
Thanks, Rip. We had a blast. As for Randy Couture's future, I think he will face the loser of the Mir-Nogueira fight next. Not sure if he will stay at heavyweight thereafter. What I am sure of is that he will be involved in mega-fights, regardless of weight class, going forward.
With Jon Fitch being released over a likeness rights agreement, will other AKA fighters like Josh Koscheck and Cain Velasquez be released?
A distinct possibility, Noke. Dana White = not happy.
If Fitch didn't have to give up any money he makes off of future projects/fights, then he should let the UFC use his likeness for the games and figures. Obviously, I don't know the exact written terms of the deal that was turned down, but with the UFC's marketing it would only enhance his worth for future projects.
I'm sure it was a difficult decision for Jon Fitch. Without knowing the exact terms of the deal, it very well may have been smarter to just suck it up, and relinquish his rights.
Hey Jon, with the UFC cutting Fitch any chance we see him vs Shields on the Affliction show in January? I think that would be a great fight.
If I was Affliction, I would move fast to secure Fitch. I still expect Shields to land in the UFC.
I'm ready to talk about Brock Lesnar vs Fedor. How about you?
Hahaha...You're not alone, Marc. I honestly believe with another year in the gym, Lesnar would give Fedor a run for his money. Those who think Emelianenko would mop the canvas with Lesnar right now are delusional, in my opinion. Brock deserves credit for taking out a legend.
Will the AKA guys get the Matt Lindland treatment from the UFC and be blacklisted like Lindland is?
Could happen, Brian. The story is very fresh right now. I don't know a whole lot more than you guys do.
Jon what's happening brother? With the level of BJJ that Jorge Gurgel has - why won't he ever use it?
Hey Rob. Gurgel remains enigmatic in The Octagon. He deviates from his strength. It's a mystery.
I know there are bandawagon jumpers - but I would murder Brock in a fight - - REALLY.
Catch up on TUF yet? What are your thoughts on the semis? I have Efrain and Nover winning at 155 and Eliot and Vinny at 205.
Very excited about the upcoming matches, Matt. I certainly lean towards Phillipe over George Roop. But I think Junie will get it done against Efrain. At 205, I think the final will involve Krzysztof. The Bader-Marshall fight is a toss-up to me.
Brock smash Fedor!
Lesnar has shown that he won't be defeated by a striker or wrestler. He would give Fedor fits now and probably beat him in a year.
Just trying to get some of your opinions out there...
Hey Jon, Where do you see chuck liddel going from here?
I don't expect him to fight Anderson Silva at UFC 95. I think Liddell needs to take on someone he can beat, and then go from there.
Alright Jon, you saw him up close. What kind of HGH is Dana White on right now? His arms look like he is smuggling dwarfs under his tshirt.
Haha...Dana White works out a ton. He would kick my a**.
Hey Jon, how pumped were you after Kenney's destruction of Joe Stevenson?
Fired-up, Hondo. Kenny felt he needed the finish, and needed to win with style points. Did he ever...
Hey Jon, loved getting to see all the fights on the card at 91. And, how about the "Little Heathen" Jeremy Stephens; KO and celebration of the year!
A ridiculous uppercut. And yes, Jon, it was awesome that all 9 fights were on the PPV. UFC 91 was certainly worth the coin.
Anik - I'm thinking this is a move that could really come back and hurt Dana. You don't jettison the second best welter in the world. Unloading Koscheck and Cain would be a disaster. He's effectively giving Affliction top flight young talent that they couldn't otherwise acquire and also lightening the talent pool at welter and heavy. This could be stupid...
I'm perplexed as well, Cyrus. But I don't think Dana views Affliction as any sort of long-term threat. I will say, however, that the UFC probably expected Fitch to give in. As great as Fitch and Koscheck are, the UFC has ridiculous resources, and can re-load. But you make a lot of good points.
great job in vegas jon..... your thoughts on the main card thats crazy every fight finished in the 1st round but lesnar vs couture kenny looked awesome
Highly entertaining across the board. I also had a great vantage point, sitting right on the ESPN set in the second deck. Quick thoughts on the main card: Brock = beast. Florian = hitting his peak as a fighter. Hazelett = submission czar. Demian Maia = worthy of a title shot. Gabe Gonzaga = did what he was supposed to.
Jon, How pumped are you for ufc 92. Do you see rashard evans beating griffin? Also what about quiton and silva? Any thoughts. Thank you.
A bit too early for predictions, Tommy. I think the Rashad-Griffin fight will be electric. And I'm told Rampage looks phenomenal.
Maia vs. Marquardt, how bout that for a #1 contender?
Works for me, although Michael Bisping would have something to say about it.
I saw that Florian is going to be in the new UFC game. Do you know if that means he signed over the rights to his image for the remainder of his lifetime (as was expected of Fitch prior to the release)? If not, any possibility you'd be willing to ask him and report back next ESPN chat?
My assumption is that Kenny indeed signed over the video game rights to his likeness for life. I will ask him the next time I speak with him, and report back in two weeks (no chat next week, b/c of Thanksgiving).
Damian Maia = best pure grappler in all MMA (ok there's an argument for Jacare, but not from me)
Is his BJJ better than Rousimar Palhares? I think you'd have to say yes.
Anik, Do you see anyone out there that could possibly dethrown Anderson Silvia
Not necessarily at 185. But there are several threats at 205. I'm sure you'd agree.
Bisping has nothing to say about it he's doing TUF and; therefore on the shelf for 9 months, along with the Franklin/Hendo winner.
Well aware, Jonny.
Hey Jon, I'm sure you're close to being sick of the Fitch questions by now, but when assessing this situation, is it realistic to believe that maybe the UFC signing Jake Shields, Joey Villasenor, and other Welterweight fighters who are out on the market could be a possibility?
The UFC can certainly re-load. Robbie Lawler and Smokin' Joe Villasenor are middleweights, but there are welterweights out there. Carlos Condit could leave WEC. Of course Jake Shields. The best fighters in the world (Fedor notwithstanding) will always want to fight in the sport's top promotion.
No chat next week? That was gonna get me through dealing with the family like this normally does for the work day.
Sorry, Craig. I'll be in Florida with the family. Mom says no midday chat.
On the Sherdog forums there has been a lot of discussion of the fighters getting together to form a union after this AKA mess. What are your thoughts on a fighter union?
Easier said than done, but they would be well-served to get the wheels in motion.
Dana White's latest move is looking a little Vince McMahonish to me. That being said, this last PPV was outstanding top to bottom. When do you think the soonest is we could see Florian vs. Penn?
It's difficult to predict. The earliest would be in May, three months after BJ Penn fights GSP. But BJ's future is linked to the result of that fight. I worry that the Florian-Penn fight may never happen, if BJ balks. Perhaps Kenny and Sherk will end up re-matching for an interim belt? Who knows? All I know is that Florian deserves a title shot...not now, but right now.
No chat on Thanksgiving?? Better get your priorities straight. ;) Do you think that with Swick (possibly) being the only AKA fighter to say he will work with UFC no matter what, that he will be an outcast with those that train there?
It's a good question, Drew. Swick is a great guy, from what I hear, and I don't expect him to be treated poorly because of his decision. He did what he thought was best for himself and his career, and I'd expect his peers to respect that.
Hey Jon- In a night of spectacular finishes I must say Ken-Flo was the man who impressed the most. I really think that BJ has no intention of fighting Florian if he beats GSP. I believe he will vacate the LW title and we'll be stuck with Florian/Sherk 2 which is not a good match for Ken-Flo. What are your thoughts?
A distinct possibility, Tim. But don't sleep on Kenny in a rematch with Fitch. Florian is 80x the fighter he was when he lost to Sherk in 2006. Trust me on that one. I do think Florian might be a betting underdog against Sherk, but not by much.
If there was a fighters union, Dana couldnt treat the AWA guys so unfairly. There really should be one. The amount of risk these guys take on in the workplace, the ridiculously low pay and the lack of long term benefits is assinine. If Dana wants young athletes to consider MMA, a union is in his best interests too. Tito for president. PS: Grugel has to fight stand up because its worth taking a beating if he gets "fight of the night". Dana pays so little that Jorge has to move away from his strength to get a decent payday.
Good stuff as always. Would you be heated if I stole all the "charms" out of your cereal too? Hope Junie gets his butt beat. He's a jerk.
I am supposed to be neutral, Jason. But I also wouldn't mind Junie being humbled with a loss. Lucky Charms are beat w/o the charms, man.
With Randy losing to Brock, what are the odds of seeing a fight with Randy and Anderson at 205? I think that would be an awesome fight!
A lot of people have thrown that out there. And it would be an absolute mega-fight. Might it happen? Sure. But I think Couture is more likely to stay at heavyweight. We'll see.
Sorry for the double question before, Mr. Anik sir... OK, so truthfully, how much of a shot do you think Ken-Flo has against BJ Penn? I personally am fully on the Florian bandwagon and have a feeling BJ will take him too lightly, allowing Kenny to shock the world.
Kenny answers an e-mail from MMA Nation today on MMA Live about what his strategy would be against Penn. But after what we saw Saturday night, how can anyone not give Florian a chance? He has all the tools. Kenny knows he would be a huge underdog, a role he relishes.
You might have gave a prediction before, but...who are you taking? Nogueira or Mir (or, according to Lesnar, Mur)
Will go on the record the week before the fight.
Not to say that I like this - but I think the time is soon coming for a Cruiserweight division (225) in the UFC. I mean if NCAA wrestlers are becoming increasingly involved - the days of the Randy Couture/ Brandon Vera HWY are over - -thoughts?
Watch MMA Live today to get the panel's thoughts. As for my thoughts, I think, if the UFC were to add another division, cruiserweight is the most obvious one.
The major sticking point with the Fitch situation is the lifetime aspect of the deal. Let's say Fitch signs it, and a year later leaves for another company. The UFC merchandising agreement means he will never earn a cent in licensing royalties from any other company, as UFC would have exclusive rights to his likeness in perpetuity. That's not a great scenario for a fighter.
Understood. But understand this, Someone Who Knows. No one has proven capable of competing with the UFC. So the UFC is able to pull this card because the alternatives for fighters (especially in the U.S.) are minimal.
Jon, do you ever cut weight before the big fights too so that you and Kenny have something to talk about while you drive in together on your way to the show each week?
Yes, I cut down to 156 for the Stevenson fight. Couldn't you tell on the show? I'm already back up to 165.
Ok Jon, it's time (and don't worry, we got your back). Can you please address the stupid comments that Joe Rogan made last week about your show on the Tapout Radio show?
Haven't heard them, Joe.
True or False: Lesnar fights Carwin in '09?
I'll say True.
With Brock's victory over Couture where would you place Brock in the P4P discussion?
That's a tough one, Jim. I don't have him in the Top 10 just yet, but he is certainly part of the discussion now.
"But don't sleep on Kenny in a rematch with Fitch." ... OK, maybe there really has been too much Fitch talk today!
Hahaha...did I write 'Fitch'? Certainly meant Sherk. Fitch overload in the chat today, Steve.
Jon, I'm here to eat crow. I really thought Stevenson would win a unanimous decision against Kenny. Wow, did Kenny ever prove me wrong. I don't know when I'm going to stop hating on him, because he has continually made me look like an idiot. Still don't think he has a shot against BJ though.... ;)
There was a real difference in Florian leading up to this fight than the fight with Roger Huerta in August. Not to say he had a better camp this time around. But the weight cut wasn't an issue whatsoever. And, he faced a tougher opponent, and got a better result. He's as hot as any UFC fighter this side of Demian Maia right now.
Hey Jon, great great coverage from UFC91. I didn't miss any of it. It would have been even sweeter if you guys had been on TV though. Do you have any clue as to when that might be happening? Also, will this be a continuing trend for the show or was it just because this was a really hyped up fight between Lesnar/Couture?
Thanks, Adam. We hope our coverage at UFC 91 is just the beginning, but I don't have anything concrete to tell you. What I can say is that it is very expensive to send a crew to do an event in Las Vegas. So I'm not sure we can turn around and do it again for UFC 92. But we'll see, and I'll try to keep all of you guys posted in the chat.
This kid Carlos Condit is impressive everytime I watch him. Will he ever make his way to the UFC?
I would think so. He's won 8 straight, and finished all of his opponents I believe.
Where is the next new international site for UFC to jump.
I think The Phillipines.
Jon, I don't believe you answered this yet... whose performance this past weekend impressed you the most?
I can't say Florian because then I'm a homer. So I'll say Dustin Hazelett. We knew he could submit McCrory, but he also showed off some stand-up skills. Very impressive.
For those of us who dont know how the betting lines work in fighting, could you please explain how the lines go....
Sure thing, Chris. If a fighter is listed at -125, that means you need to put down $125 to win $100. If a fighter is +110, you win $110 if you put down $100. That is the simplest way to look at it, by basing everything on $100. Make sense?
With all the Fitch cut talk, we forgot about Filho. Not shocking that they released him, but I'm wondering two things. Where does he go now, and why did he ever go to WEC? With his experience and the shallow pool at Middle why wasn't he in the UFC after leaving Pride?
Not sure why he landed in WEC and not the UFC. But Filho must get his head straight before continuing with his career. He needs to re-establish some good will after that mockery of a travesty at WEC 36.
Hey Anik, You eva put Florian in a headlock before?
Nope. But he hit me once pretty good in the midsection when we were taping an 'MMA for Dummies'. He barely struck me, and it didn't feel good at all.
I think Gonzaga is the guy who will knock lesnar off...
Many agree with you, Jake, that Gonzaga is the best-equipped to knock off 'The Next Big Thing'.
Don't you think both sides of the Dana/AKA equation are being childish. And the way Dana expressed himself concerning the AKA camp, do you think that could pose a problem in signing other fighters when they see how he acts towards people he dislikes or that spurn him?
Not sure Dana's behavior in this instance deviates from the way he is in general. The UFC wields sooooo much power that Dana can really say and do what he wants. Do you think Joey Villasenor all of a sudden has reservations about signing with the UFC? I highly doubt it.
Jon, no question, just wanted to let you all know you guys did a fantastic job covering the fights last weekend. I can't wait for the day that the coverage is live on ESPN and not just the website. Keep up the good work!
Thanks a lot, Jeff. We appreciate the support, and really hope to be on TV, sooner rather than later.
Jon, sign my petition (if I had one) for Mach/Nick Diaz on NYE in Japan to complement Overheem/Mirko - JZ/Hellboy - Sakuraba, Shinya Aoki, etc.
Don't have any inside dirt, Robert. But where do I sign?
Got a question for you Jon. Who do you think is more intimidating of a persona, Brock Lesnar, or Mike Tyson in his prime?
Tyson = scary dude. I saw him at the Manny Pacquiao-David Diaz fight this past summer, and he was still scary. Brock is intimidating as hell, but very humble. I became a huge Lesnar fan this week.
Yeah I'll sign - even in the video game I'd get beat by Robbie Lawler!!
Someone better stop posting as Joey Villasenor. Smokin' Joe is more well-rounded than Lawler. Period.
Brock needs to buy his nickname and entrance music from Vince McMahon.
"Jon Fitch was released from the UFC on Wednesday, but a discussion has reopened with the promotion. Bob Cook and Zinkin Entertainment, who manage Fitch and other fighters from the American Kickboxing Academy, told Sherdog.com on Thursday afternoon that talk has resumed with the UFC, but they would not comment on the exact nature of the discussion. "
Thanks, Wayne. The story seems very fluid right now.
Goran Reljic saved two men from a sinking car. He deserves some props for that act of heroism.
Didn't hear that. Outstanding.
I think the reason Filho was in WEC is that he and Anderson Silva didn't want to fight each other.
Since I am down on UFC after the Fitch release how about a non-UFC question. What do you think of Fedor/AA? I am not convinced that AA can give Fedor (or any other top flight fighter) a real run for his money. Seems like Fedor controls this match on the feet or on the ground.
A lot of buzz about the fight within our MMA Live circle. I think it'll be a tough night for Arlovski, but as long as he shows better than Sylvia...i.e. take the fight into the second round, I will be satisfied. Mir calls AA the best heavyweight striker in MMA, so I guess he's got a shot.
On a scale of 1-10, how awkward was it for Frank to be on the set with Lesnar, whom he beat, but got the title shot first? He was a professional, but it had to be killing him inside.
I would say it could've been a 10, but it was a 5. Both guys handled an awkward situation with professionalism. I know Mir would've liked to fight Couture at some point, but it makes his win over Lesnar look even more impressive. And, if Mir does lose to Noguiera, he might get Couture anyway, albeit not for a belt.
Are girls impressed by you now becasue you cover a blood sport for a living?
Has there been an Arona sighting? Any news on him?
No signing or news since it was reported last week that Affliction had verbally expressed interest.
Which of these upcoming fights are you most excited to watch? Griffin/Evans Jackson/Silva Nog/Mir Hendo/Franklin or St. Pierre/Penn
Jacked up for each and every one of them. But to be honest, Mir-Nogueira. If only because I've gotten to know Frank quite a bit. Also can't wait for the GSP-Penn rematch.
Hey, I love MMA Live. Your show needs to be on TV now. MMA is the new sport, and it's becoming more and more popular. It's time to get the righly deserved TV time. You guys have earned it.
Thanks, Michael. From your computer to the ESPN suits' ears. We really do appreciate the support from all of our viewers. If it weren't for you guys, we wouldn't have been live at UFC 91. Trust me. So thanks.
There are other noteworthy fights than just waht happens in the UFC - -
I answer the questions in the queue.
Why wouldn't you want to see yourself on a UFC video game? That is just stupid! Were talking about the UFC! Thats BIG TIME!
It's not that Fitch didn't want to be in the game. It's that he was being forced to relinquish the video game rights of his likeness for the rest of his life!
I hear Kenny might have to fight Sherk before getting the title shot. If he loses then is Sherk getting his rematch?
Highly doubt Florian would fight Sherk if it wasn't for (at least) an interim title.
Jon, how long until the UFC burns the wrong bridge? Sooner or later, the fighters are going to come together and form a union, it will just have to wait until the big names start jumping ship. Will it ever happen?
Your guess is as good as mine, Joe. You say sooner or later. I say later.
I think that a Lidell/Silva matchup at UFC 95 would be very intriguing only if it was for free on Spike TV. I would imagine that would break all sorts of records and it would be a reward to the fans for helping make the UFC the fastest growing sport in the world.
Well, the UFC has rewarded fans in the past with free cards on Spike TV. But a fight of that magnitude would have to be a PPV. Just too much money to be made.
Mr. Homer... MMAWeekly has him ranked 8th and Sherdog has him ranked 7th. Where do you have Ken-Flo in the Lightweight division?
In the Top 5. I'm not as familiar with some of the guys who have fought primarily in Japan. But I certainly have Kenny above Josh Thomson, and Joachim Hansen, for that matter.
What did you end up doing once UFC 91 ended? After-party with Florian?
Yes, I was at Tao at The Venetian with Ken-Flo. Quite a scene. He was grinning ear-to-ear the entire time...even when his conditioning coach, Kevin Kearns, started dancing wildly with a Team Florian t-shirt on!
Jon, Give me your thoughts on Thiago Silva? Do you think he is the real deal? Do you think he can beat Lyoto Machida?
I like Silva a lot. Not sure he is future champion, but he has a great skill set. The Machida fight is monstrous for him in terms of name and game recognition.
Silva/Liddell makes no sense. Chuck needs to fight someone he can beat. Silva needs to fight someone who is still good. Silva destroying Chuck doesn't help either guy.
Only place it helps = back pocket.
Jon how do you see Florian matching up with the top LW is Japan like Aoki,Eddie Alvarez,JZ,Joachim Hansen, Gomi,Kawajiri, etc
I think he'd be competitive with all of them. I really do. And I know Kenny would love to test his game against the best 155-pounders in the world.
Seeing that it took BJ Penn three rounds to beat Stevenson and Kenny 1 round. Do you feel that Kenny has shot to be the next lightweight champion of the UFC
A fight with BJ Penn would be the biggest challenge of Florian's career. But I do think he is up for it. Also, I wouldn't make too much of when in a given fight one fighter finishes an opponent compared to another.
Jon, Is it true that Shane Carwins fists are bigger than Brock Lesnars? I cant wait to see these two monsters clock each other in 2009.
Stephan Bonnar said that was the case. I think they both wear 4XL size gloves.
Will we ever see a non-UFC fighter as the guest host on the show? Maybe Frank Shamrock, Cung Le, Josh Thompson, etc?
Of course, Jason. Trust me, we have reached out to non-UFC fighters to be on the panel in the past. Gina Carano has already co-hosted.
Florian top 5 come on Joh no way he gets Ranked above the likes of Aoki,Hansen,Alvarez,JZ,where he is at in most list around 7 or 8 is about right ?
You have your list. I have mine. The disagreement is what makes combat sports great.
Jon, which fights are you excited about on tomorrow's Strikeforce card?
Quite a few. But at the top of the list is Scott Smith vs. Terry Martin. Should be a stand-up war.
I'm sure this has been asked before, but what is your background in the sport/broadcasting? Did you follow MMA before hosting the show, is seems like you have a good level of knowledge.
I appreciate that, Baumer. I have hosted a boxing radio show for about 4 years. The first MMA event I covered as a journalist was Elite XC's debut show in February of 2007. But I have followed MMA closely since 2005. I have worked very hard to try to develop a historical framework. Because I was watching the NBA, MLB, and NFL from 1993-2005, not MMA. Just like fighters in the gym, I try to improve my knowledge every day. And chatting with the hardcores helps.
Man wouldn't it be fun if everyone could work together to have a 155 tourney to really see who's the best out there - - SIGH
Who do you think will be the next victim...I mean oppenent for the undefeated Shane Carwin?
Franklin McNeil says there is something in the works for Carwin, but he wouldn't tell me...how about that! As long as it's a bigger name than Neil Wain, right?
last week on mma live you guys suggested bonner vs chuck i think thats would be a great fight slugfest 09 huh?
Sure. Stephan would love the fight. He's gotta get through Jon Jones, and then that match-up might heat up.
Jon- Just want to let you know your show is AWESOME and you look really big sitting next to Brock.
Haha...nothing like being asked to stand on a stool when you are interviewing a guy! But it was really neat that, 8 minutes after he beat Couture, he was sitting next to me with the belt. Pretty thrilling stuff.
In a dream world what fight do you want to see most in '09? Now fight that you most want to see that could happen?
I want to see GSP-Anderson Silva. I answer this question almost every week, David. I also would like to see Villasenor-Marquardt, obviously. And I know you all would, too.
Jon, i bet people bring this up all the time, but I really think you would be a lot cooler with a nickname. How about "Organic" Jon Anik. Or maybe even something more subtle like "Samurai" John Anik.
We take submissions every week. Leader in the clubhouse right now is A-Bomb.
Any thoughts on Couture's performance? Do you think he still has something left in the tank?
He certainly does, Hondo. I thought he got a lot done in the first round against Brock, even if he didn't win the round. Randy is similar to Bernard Hopkins in that he's never far away from fighting shape. I think Randy will win at least one more UFC fight before retiring for good. Legend.
I vote for "Manic" Jon Anik
How can I help to get MMA LIve on TV?
Send e-mails to firstname.lastname@example.org. Incessantly.
if ur the A bomb is dana white the F bomb?
Jon what is with all the Joey Villasenor love all the time ???
Anyone who's been chatting with us since the beginning knows of my affinity for Smokin' Joe Villasenor. I just think he's an underrated MW, and I have the forum to give him some love. So that is what I do. Just having fun.
Hopefully Joey fights someone soon so we can wager again - - Joey/Lawler never happened and I'm bummed
Thank you, Jon. You are by far my biggest fan.
I want GSP to beat Penn so we can all have the pleasure of seeing GSP-A. Silva. I would take GSP in that fight.
Jon, where did you grow up? You look like the guy that Matt Damon beat up in Good Will Huntnig. What was his name? Oh yeah, Carmine Scarpaglia.
Boston, MA. You know, the place where they've had six championship parades in the last 80 months.
Seriously though, Dana White needs to quit swearing, you don't see fortune five hundred CEO's or any other heads of operations dropping F-bombs all over the place..
It's a little much. But passionate people cuss. That's always been my theory.
If Penn beats GSP does he forfeit his other title? Would we see Florian/Sherk II for the vacant title?
That would be my expectation, yes.
Alright, folks. Thanks for another great chat. If I didn't get to you, send me your question at email@example.com. Enjoy Episode #28 of MMA Live. No chat next week because of Thanksgiving, but there will be an MMA Live show, so not to worry there! Talk to you in two weeks. R.I.P. Phil Duerr. Love ya man. -JA
