Chat with Paul Kuharsky

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:02 PM)

Good afternoon everyone.

Joe (I was wrongistan)

you had Hou as 3rd in the AFC south. Change you mind yet?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:03 PM)

One game and I'm supposed to change my thinking on a 16-game season? I understand you're excited, but what if the Texans look bad and lose in Washington and the Titans beat the Steelers. will you be here then claiming I was right? Of course not. Let's let it play out. And I never guaranteed my predictions. The nature of them is that we are all mostly wrong.

Peyton Manning (Indy)

Paul, the AFC South looks really good so you better bring your A game this year! You might break record page views so no slacking!

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:03 PM)

Houston fans hooked on Monday and I had a very nice number.

Butch (Palatka, FL)

Seems like the Jags found a pass rush last week. Do you think the Jags can find a pass defense sometime this year?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:04 PM)

With those safeties, against top quarterbacks it's going to be difficult.

Dave (Kirkland WA)

How did Leroy Harris look last week? What are his pluses/minuses per your perspective?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:04 PM)

I think he's a good player and will only get better. Didn't have much chance to lock in on him.

Jay (Cookeville, TN)

Are the Jaguars happy with their current situation at safety or are they still looking for an upgrade? Are there any upgrades available?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:05 PM)

If there was a guy worth having, I think they'd have brought him in.

Greg (Indy)

Paul, I sent this into your mailbag...I am saying bye to Bob Sanders and lets go get either Marcus McNeil or Logan Mankins.I know everyone is saying that does us no good because of the CBA and its uncertainty. I am certain that Bob cant stay healthy,Peyton Manning cant make plays from his back, we need offensive line help, and 2.375 million this year (5 million in 2011 and 7 million in 2012) is still a lot of money (no matter the CBA). The Colts need to get this done. Your thoughts?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:06 PM)

Cutting Sanders right now does nothing in the way of saving any money now, his salary this year is now locked in. And he'd have to be on the books while he's hurt anyway. They only time they can start saving money on him is next year. And you know they aren't the sort of team to make a big trade for a big name.

Randy (Katy)

I say Schaub has over 300 yards and Foster has about 110 which equals Hou over Wash 31-17. Am I over estimating my home team?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:06 PM)

Probably. Redskins looked awfully good defensively.

Chace (Houston)

Do you think Houston should exploit this running game even if it MAY cost them a CLOSE game loss? Just to set the tone for a long season? ( In other words stick with the run or not?)

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:07 PM)

Not to the point where you sacrifice a win. No one sacrifices a win.

Matt Hasselbeck (Seattle)

You and I, we look alike. Change your face. Or I'll change it for you.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:07 PM)

I did change it. I made it fatter. You are a handsome man.

Titans Homer (someplace anti-Indy)

Paul, stop being so in love with Peyton Manning. See? He's got the third comment in this chat already. Your Indy bias is showing again!!

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:08 PM)

Why in the world would I like a guy who's been good enough to win four MVPs? I should shred him. He just doesn't get the job done.

Will (J-ville Fl)

The jags resigned Wilford An let go of Matthews why would they go into SD with 4 Te's an only 4 Wr's??

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:08 PM)

Don't forget three fullbacks.

Zach (Atlanta)

Hey Paul, Why is there so little information from media regarding substance abuse violations? You'd think such a fundamental character issue would warrant that whenever it's referenced in talking about a player, they would say what sustance was in fact abused. Thanks and please do a punt/pass/kick video.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:09 PM)

The policy guards that stuff like national security secrets. You think we have the info and just decide not to share it?

Brian F. (Jacksonville, FL)

Waiving John Matthews and re-signing Ernest Wilford was an interesting move. I must be too enamored with the hard working underdog that is Matthews. Is Wilford's upside at WR more than that of Matthews? I don't buy Wilford as a TE just because he is listed as a TE. The guy is still a WR.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:10 PM)

I just never understand why people fall in love with a John Matthews. Nice story. But you love and trust Gene Smith, right? If he doesn't think Matthews should be on the roster, I'm going to sgree with him.

Aaron Kampman (San Diego, CA)

On Sunday, how many times do I get to Rivers before he dumps the ball off to Gates? Should I be worried about the RB's chipping out of the backfield?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:11 PM)

Of course they'll chip. And if you're getting to him he's supposed to dump it to Gates. If I've got Jacksonville's safeties, I'd fear dumpoffs to Gates.

Daryl Smith (Jacksonville)

Thanks for calling me the greatest LB of all time. With all the hard work I put in it good to get some recognition. Cheaters never win!

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:11 PM)

You're welcome. Nice game.

Chace (Houston)

I expect Houston to play alot less corners and safteys and alot more linebackers and DE's. is this a good idea?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:12 PM)

Seriously? Defensive personnel is reactive. If the Redskins go four wide and you've got five DL or four LBs they're going to throw a short pass to a fast guy who runs for a touchdown.

Joe Cullen (Drive Thru)

Paul, what are your initial reactions to the Jags defensive line and specifically the rookie Alualu?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:13 PM)

The rushmen looked good first time through. Jags and Titans both beat bad teams. Good for them. But I need to see more.

Adam (Crieve Hall)

Was I mistaken that Lavell Hawkins did not dress for the game this pass weekend. If so why sit him and not Damien Williams?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:13 PM)

Williams plays special teams and Hawkins doesn't. But all that offseason hype about Hawkins turned out to be a lot of hot air.

Jason (Bmore)

Is it time to worry about Kenny Britt?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:14 PM)

Attention chatters: After one game, I am not going to say it's time to worry about someone or something or that a problem is completely solved. Thank you for your participation.

Greg (Indy)

They need to make a trade Paul...Peyton Manning cant play behind this line...if his salary is no(t) locked in...Bye bye bobby and lets make a deal

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:15 PM)

I just said his salary IS locked in. Cutting Sanders and making a trade would have absolutely nothing to do with each other. If you're on the roster for the opener, your base gets locked in.

mike (H-town)

Paul, MDJ called Arian Foster the next breakout back before last week. Do you think last weeks performance is a one time deal, or with our O-Line healthy and the addition of smith on the leaft side, is Arian and our running game for real?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:16 PM)

I lean towards him and the run game being the real deal. But I need to see more. And there will be bad days.

Sara (Houston)

You are giving Houston fans no love. In fact you are pissing on them. Guess they have to go 8-0 before you give us respect. Thats fine. Maybe when we win the south we will get to pick who covers it.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:17 PM)

Gimmie a break. I was at the game. I wrote a column raving about the effort and Foster. I cannot declare it the Super Bowl however.

blake (bay city, TX)

do you see Jacoby Jones becoming one of the most important players on the texans offense

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:18 PM)

Sure. Right after Johnson, Schaub, Foster, Daniels, Brown and Winston.

Mike (Ohio)

I'm sure you've seen "The Polian Corner" from earlier this week. Bill says anything that went wrong is certainly fixable and there is no need for panic. I agree. What say you PK?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:18 PM)

When have you ever heard a coach or GM say something isn't fixable? I'd love the tape of that.

Shake (UIowa)

Indy has carried Marvin Harrison, Anthony Gonzalez and Adam Vinatieri injured on their roster for extended periods, only to get nothing from them. It's a low cost (until/unless they hit a week with 8 other players too hurt to play), but will Indy get something for that dead roster spot at last?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:19 PM)

You're asking me to predict how Sanders' arm heals? I'll get back to you after I've had a chance to spend some time watching him rehabilitate. (Joking.)

Roz (Jacksonville)

Just read your column on tickets/business topic in Jacksonville. You rightly decribed why so much hype with Tebow because he is a star. We've been hearing it since April. Why no hype on Tebow in the national media this week? Oh, that's right, they lost and he ran for two yards. Interesting to see what kind of media coverage there would have been had they won. No coverage of the Jags whatsoever, yet Daryl Smith (AFC Def. player of the week, Garrard-Fed ex nominee for QB, and Alualu for Def. Rookie of the week.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:20 PM)

You think player of the week awards and nominations mean anything to most reporters? They make me sleepy, mostly. I tweet a winner and move on. But you want a parade for nominations?

Steve (Albany NY)

Paul, what are you impressions of the Titans rotating D-line after week 1? Will you be covering the Titans/Broncos game in Nashville Oct 3rd?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:21 PM)

I don't plan that far ahead. Titans always rotate linemen in a game. If all five ends are healthy, I don't know who they sit. I have a post on that later this afternoon.

Zack (Nashville)

I know you're a member of the press but when you're at an AFC South game and theyre on defense are you screaming your head off?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:22 PM)

wow. No, Zack, I'm watching through binoculars, taking notes and working. I have zero rooting interest except rooting for good storylines.

Chace (Houston)

What did you think of Super Mario? Can he bring that all the time against stronger O-lines or does he need help from a good scheme?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:23 PM)

He was very good. Certainly it helped that Charlie Johnson was hurt and didn't get a lot of help. But Mario should be able to do that somewhat regularly if he's motivated.

Brian Skelding (Birmingham, AL)

Who was your AFC South player of the week?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:24 PM)

I don't officially have one, but if I did it would have been Foster.

Shake (UIowa)

Are the (base 3WR) Colts really going to play a game with only 3 healthy WRs on the roster, or is there some reason they're waiting until the last minute to promote Blair White or sign someone else?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:25 PM)

I would think they'd add one to the 53 by Sunday.

G (Canada)

If Derek Cox gets torched again this week how long does Gambler Jack stick with him? I think his foot injury from the off season is a concern.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:26 PM)

Not good to get benched halfway through Game 1. Hope he rebounds. If he struggles again, JDR's obviously not afraid to make a change.

Texan Fan (Houston)

Paul, do you think the league should just stop playing the rest of the season and give us the lombardi trophy? I mean really, whats the point in playing?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:27 PM)

I think they= league would if it was assured of a season next year. But with the lockout looming, it decided to go ahead and play some more games.

Jeremy (TN)

Any insider information as to who is raising the 12 Titan flag this Sunday? Plaster? Wycheck?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:27 PM)

Steve McNair's kids.

Pat Angerererererer (Indy)

Any chance that they use me at SAM in place of Wheeler later in the year?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:27 PM)

Very intriguing.

mike (H-town)

Follow up from sara's question about your lack of respect for our Texans. We destroyed the Colts. Not just beat them, but destroyed them, and yet you ranked them at 5 and us at 9. Explain that please?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:28 PM)

OK. If Team A is 14 and Team B is second and team A beats team B, does that automatically mean they switch places? I mean can we think that through?

Denise (Indy)

Polian said that Pollak won the starting RG job over Devan. Did you see it that way in preseason/training camp?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:29 PM)

I can't pretend to have seen their work closely enough to determine that. I did think Pollak was as good as any of them in Houston.

Dave (Houston)

I thought the Titans had the best first week out of the AFC South teams, even though it has gotten somewhat lost in the Houston hype and Colts drama. What were your impressions of them overall and specifically the Vince/CJ combination?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:30 PM)

I thought they were great. But that game did more to tell me the Raiders stink.

John (Nashville)

I thought Fisher saying he wanted to get CJ2.5K extra reps. That is pure rubbish. What would he be saying today if CJ had gotten hurt. There was nothing to gain by keeping him in. You have had a whole offseason to get him into shape.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:33 PM)

I don't understand why everyone is rushing to get him to the bench. I want to see him play. How often does Manning go to the bench for the Colts? Or AJ for the Texans?

John (Houston)

You hinted that thumbtacks might be as good as the Texans before the season started, have you changed your mind yet.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:34 PM)

Attention those in the chat room: For those who missed the earlier announcement, I will be making no major pronouncements or changing my preseason thinking based on one game. Thank you.

Kevin (Chicago)

You seem like an Angry Man during chats, but downright winsome on video. Which one is the real you? Stupid questions/chatters make you grumpy? Your sense of humor doesn't translate into the chat medium? Do tell!

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:36 PM)

I would like to hire you for an analysis of this subject. Summarize your findings into a one page report and have on my desk in one week. Thanks! I am winsome. (Love that word.) Bad questions do make me grumpy.

Bob Sanders (The Hospital)

Will I be the first wealthy man that Bruce Springsteen writes a sad song about?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:36 PM)

Bruce writes sad songs about himself, and he's richer than Bob.

Patrick (Nashville)

After an interesting opening week the Titans kinda got jipped in having 5 of 6 division games to end the season I wanna see those games early on so we can know who's the best.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:37 PM)

I think their schedule is criminal. division games should be sprinkled throughout and rematches at least six weeks apart.

The Ellipses (...)

...PK...you seem...a bit tense with the chat today...perhaps you should take a deep breath...and relax...that's how I do it...

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:37 PM)

...helpful... thank you... Are you trying to hypnotize me?...

Adam (Cookeville)

I understand as a professional you root for good story lines. Do you prefer covering a conference with 3 solid teams than a train wreck division where someone wins be default?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:38 PM)

The more good teams the better. Good teams are happy, happy teams are easier to deal with. Breaking down a train wreck can be interesting work, but the trainwreckies get bitter fast.

Charles (Goodlettsville)

Who do you think the Titans start at SAM this week and will they stay in lots of nickel packages?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:39 PM)

Yes, lots of nickel. I suspect it'll be same starters as last week.

Finley (via mobile)

Jeters never prosper, dude. Go Rays!

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:39 PM)

I think he thought it hit the bat and him.

Big Ben R-Burger (Northern Kentucky)

I have 2 super bowls and I do stupid stuff off the field, isnt that worst than Vince Young giving bad answers?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:40 PM)

Sure it is. Were we discussing Ben?

Jared (wherever Paul is)

If you don't root for any AFC south teams who do you root for?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:41 PM)

The Yankees. The US National Soccer Team. Rutgers Prep. Columbia. Vanderbilt.

Terrible Towel (Pittsburgh)

Should I steer clear of LP Field this week. I had a rough go last time. Please advise.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:42 PM)

You are safe as can be. There isn't a player in blue dumb enough to touch you. I don't think.

Peyton Manning (Indianapolis)

I would like to point out that Houston didn't destroy me, I still threw for over 400 yards and took their secondary apart, would have been more if my receivers could hold onto the ball.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:42 PM)

Though I am sure you will confess that a lot of those yards were after we knew you weren't winning the game.

Bill Polian (Indiana)

Why am I called a genius when my rest players strategy has only one super bowl win out of my 3 teams?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:43 PM)

Name all the current GMs who wouldn't change places with you and your record. Go.

Amy (Kansas City)

How tired do you get of redundant questions and people getting upset because you said one negative thing about their team?? I get tired of reading it, so I imagine it is quite frustrating for you when it happens on a daily basis.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:44 PM)

That's my cross to bear Amy. But it beats working. Care to wander off our respective sidelines, holding up No. 1 in solidarity? Speaking of which, if some teams didn't do it, is there really solidarity?

Chace (Houston)

WR or RB's in a fight who wins?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:45 PM)

RBs.

Jared Cooke (Cashville)

Will I ever start for the Titans or will I continue to underachieve?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:45 PM)

Seventeen games into your career is a little early to decide. I don't think you're pushing Scaife to the bench.

Justin (Mississippi)

Hey Paul, Love your blog. I am a Houston Homer so I was certainly impressed with my guys on Sunday, but did you see anything of concern during the game? I still have some concerns about the defensive backfield. Your thoughts?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:46 PM)

I didn't think Schaub was especially sharp. Not cause for concern. Maybe a good day to be off.

Ed Hochuli (Weight Room)

We have multiple flags on the play. The first is on Texan fans who think they should be crowned after one game. The second is on all Colt fans for encouraging them to deviate from a plan that has won the 12 games 7 straight years. The last is for all responders not reading your column on One Game. These penalties offset, replay second down.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:47 PM)

Surely it's at least third down by now, no Ed?

Courtney Love (Wyoming)

Can Jason Jones be more disruptive if they move him to Defensive End?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:47 PM)

He's playing great at tackle, and they have to many ends. So clearly the thing to do is move him to a spot where he hasn't been working.

Thomas (Philly)

How big of a test do you think the steelers will pose to the titans this week? I know steelers week is a big deal but with them missing Big Ben and their starting LT and NT I feel it will be hard to get a great feel just yet.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:48 PM)

I think it will be a very tough test.

Jeremy (TN)

What are your thoughts on Will Witherspoon's performance against the Raiders after everything he went through in the previous 48 to 72 hours?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:48 PM)

Was happy for him. Had to be an incredibly tough week.

Larry Coyer (Indy)

Hey Paul what do I need to do to fix the defense

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:49 PM)

Start with having guys not be overaggressive.

Brian F. (Jacksonville, FL)

Just so everyone knows, if you search Facebook for Paul Kuharsky you get his business and personal page. He is smiling on his personal page picture. He isn't always angry :)

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:50 PM)

But please friend me on my professional, non-smiling, page.

Finley Kuharsky (via mobile)

I don't know why UPS wouldn't let me sign for the box for you. I am over 21 in dog years, right?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:50 PM)

You aren't. And your handwriting is horrible.

Super Fan (Houston)

Seriously, give us a trophy for being 1-0. We deserve it so much after you said soooo many bad things about us. You should have been praising a team that annually goes 8-8 to the hilt this preseason, and you didn't. We want compensation.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:51 PM)

Please provide a list of all the bad things I wrote about you.

Markus (Saratoga Springs, NY)

What is the deal with Slaton? Is he strctly a backup to Foster, or Insurance? Chance Slaton is trade bait? Also, and you will likely disagree, but I saw the Colts as a 9-7 team since the draft. I still see them as a 9-7 team...at best. What is it that you saw in camp, specifically on D (I thought/think they will/do stink on D) that would incline you to think they would be division winners? I know it was 1 game, but I think the Colts D is in for some rinse, lather, repeat this week as well.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:53 PM)

Everyone wants to trade a guy as soon as his role is reduced. Then who's the second back? They need three. They have three. Slaton is a good change of pace and a great receiver. Colts defense was very good at not giving up big plays last year. I didn't see any indications in camp that they would drop off in that respect. And the edge pass rush will still be excellent.

Billy (Houston)

Can Foster walk on water, can Schaub heal the sick, Does Kubiak leap tall buildings in a single bound. Did the Texans play the greatest week 1 game ever

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:54 PM)

Yes, yes, yes and... yes.

Ida (Nashville)

Still a believer in Kevin Kolb, Paul?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:55 PM)

Again, off one game with a concussion, I'm not finished with him. Do you believe in loyalty or sticking with a judgment for beyond five minutes?

Kim Jong Il (North Korea)

I should get the 2005 Heisman because I am the greatest athlete ever in any sport. Do you agree?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:55 PM)

I do. Absolutely.

Might Guy (inside the sphere)

Do you see the Colts playing badly last Sunday as a result of lack of playing time during the preseason? They had a similar result for their opening game last season against the Jags, but were able to pull out the win at home. As you'll recall, they didn't do much preseason work that year either. They definitely seemed rusty...

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:56 PM)

A similar result except for the part where last year they won and didn't give up a record rushing day to a running back. No, it's not about lack of preseason play.

Jake (chat room)

Wow, a yankees fan covering the AFC south. Why?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:57 PM)

Went where the work opportunities took me, and that was away from NY/NJ and to DC, LA, Oakland, Houston and finally Nashville.

Ryan (St. Johns, FL)

Being a pro journalist, does it concern you that some fans take "news" from fan blog websites seriously? Today, a "headline" stated that the Jaguars traded for Asomugha.

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:58 PM)

I hope and I pray daily that readers consider the source and the credibility of each report. But I know an awful lot do not. And it makes me sad and grumpy.

Chris (Jax, FL)

Speaking of solidarity...is team chemistry measurable? When you go into the locker rooms, do you feel vibes are anything that reveal how close-knit a team is? Or is it all mumbo jumbo?

Paul Kuharsky
  (3:59 PM)

Mumbo jumbo. People always ask the mood of the team going into a game. Teams are always upbeat and in a good mood.

Tyson AluAlu (Jacksonville)

If I get another sack this week in SD and win my matchups (overall), will sportscasters finally start pronouncing my name correctly? Or will it take a couple more weeks of sacks since I play in Jacksonville?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:00 PM)

How can you ask people to pronounce it correctly when you don't even know how to spell it? One capital A, at the beginning.

Trey (Nashville)

Love the blog and the work on 1045 in the mornings.Question: Who has the toughest game in the AFC South this weekend?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:01 PM)

Thank you. I'd say Houston if I combine the coming off the high and the defense I saw from Washington last week. But I think Pittsburgh's defense is very good.

Tyler (VA)

If the titans beat the steelers handily this weekend will it change your mind about them not making the playoffs?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:01 PM)

Two games won't have me changing playoff predictions, no.

Collin Cowherd (ESPN)

Hey there Paul. Are you "in the Herd?"

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:02 PM)

Love the Herd.

Mrs. Grissoms (Kroger dairy aisle)

How much do you miss the World Cup?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:02 PM)

I wish it was on every day.

Ryan (St. Johns, FL)

After one game, the Jaguars have almost 1/4 as many sacks as they had all of last year. Aberration or trend?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:03 PM)

One game cannot be a trend.

Peyton Manning (Indy)

Really? I can't friend you on the personal page? This is just another case of us not communicating and me being left in the dark.

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:03 PM)

Exception for you. And anyone CAN friend me anywhere. Then it's about me accepting, right? You're accepted. Pre-approved, like a credit card offer.

Abe Lincoln (via mobile from heaven)

Pete Kuharsky if you don't mind, I have some advice for Mr. Coyer's defense: "Be sure you put your feet in the right place, then stand firm."

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:04 PM)

That made me tear up.

Jeff Fisher (Baptist Sports Park)

In the past three years, we've drafted two defensive tackles in the second round, signed Haye to a big money deal, and given Tony Brown a big extension. Do you share my excitement Mike Reinfeldt does this when Floyd Reese picked up tackles later in the draft or off the street?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:05 PM)

Floyd Reese picked Haynesworth, what 16th?

Amy (Kansas City)

I've owned two McNair jerseys and one Bulluck jersey...I need a new jersey to represent when the Titans come to KC...Any suggestions? I'd like to be able to wear it for a few years this time!

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:06 PM)

I have a great suggestion, if I may. Save the dress up for Halloween. Just pick a regular outfit to wear to the game. And then you'll stick out!

Larry King (Playboy mansion grotto)

Im being forced to retire, am I too smart to work on tv in nashville news?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:06 PM)

Probably. They cure sleeplessness on the TV news over here.

Dr Phil (Hollywood)

Don't those Houston fans understand that you're just about "tough love"?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:07 PM)

Ask them.

Kevin (Louisiana)

When you worked in Houston did you foresee that the great team to ever play would be there in 2010?

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:07 PM)

Alas, I did not.

John (Jax)

Redsox are 6 back in the wildcard and play the Yankees six more times. Coincidence? I think not! Go SOX!

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:08 PM)

How cute! A dreamer.

Peyton (Indy)

After I threw them under a bus after the Superbowl you would think the OL would block better for me ... Chances that I go down with an injury this year? (ouch my toe hurts!)

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:08 PM)

You absolutely didn't throw them under the bus. Polian kinda did.

Paul Kuharsky
  (4:09 PM)

OK folks, I did a little overtime there. I shall send you a bill. Thanks for coming, I enjoy it more than you think!
