Do you think they will ever add in a shot clock to college lacrosse? I think they need to put one in to make the game more intresting and less holding.
As long as current coaches have such a strong say in the rules, radical changes are doubtful. I think we should fix the sticks first. Bring back fair levels of ball retention.

Game one- Rob PannellGame two- Either Chase Carrero or Matt Dolente.Game three - Nicko Amato or John Galloway.Game four - David Earl or Justin Turri

Cornell vs Virginia will be the highest scoring qtr final.
When do you think the west coast high schools will be considered a recruiting hot bed? Two players from Saint Ignatius are regulars for two of the top teams in the nation.
When that number of recruits reaches twenty.
with the NCAA and MCLA tournaments starting i have been wondering how the top teams in the MCLA would do in DI?
They'd be ranked #25-40.
Why has no one in the Lacrosse community had the guts to report the Brattan dismissal story in full? Vilation of team rules? What team rules? Is this not a case of a coach exceeding his authority? Since when is having a beer a violation of team policy save when the coach persuades his team that prohibition is required to save face?
We can only report on what UVA says. There are privacy rights when it comes to student athletes, whether it's I juries or behavior.
Who should be favored this weekend?Cornell by 2?Hopkins by 1.5?Syracuse by 1.5?Notre Dame by 1?
Hofstra looks like a sellout.
Spoke to four coaches this morning. Four more to go.
With the Brattan twins out, who do u think will stand up and lead UVa this weekend?
Stanwick and Bocklet must continue to produce, but complimentary middies are key like Kugler, Haldy, Emery and The third attack slot. Virginia still has all Americans in every position.
Todd Baxter of Denver and Tim Desko of Syracuse both day to day and hoping to play. Dan Wigrizer must pass the concussion test to be cleared.
Quint, do you agree with the omission of Zach Howell on the 2011 all-ACC team?
How much did Maryland prove that they should have gotten the seed in the tournament than UNC?

Couple things stand out going forward:Duke and Virginia defenses looked poor at times last weekend. Syracuse shot ten of 51. There were no colossal surprises in the results
I don't pay any attention to league ho ors, especially in an ACC that plays three league games and gives out all league honors. That's brutal. The ACC shouldn't even be called a league with only four participants.
How good of a run was that by Bucknell to almost take down Virginia?
Bucknell didn't play enough people. They got tired and threw the ball away and stopped playing defense. They gave away a great upset chance. They had every right to win, but didn't play the full 60.

All four games. Espn2 Saturday and espnu Sunday. Paul carcaterra will be in studio. Eamon will have the pxp call and mark dioxin will be on the sidelines.
Cornell only gave up five goals last weekend. Is that a sign that their defense is championship level or was Siena just overmatched?
Hartford was arched a tad, but I like cornell right now having won 11 straight.
What's a matchup this weekend that we're not talking about but should provide us with an interesting game?
They all are great games. I can make a case for each eight teams to win.
Got to go talk with coach starsia. Have a great week and I will see everybody at noon on Saturday on espn2
