Fantasy Sports with Eric Karabell

Eric Karabell
  (3:01 PM)

Hello to all and welcome to the latest fantasy sports chat session. I am Eric. We'll be talking fantasy baseball today but also football if you like. Never too early for football. Thanks for showing up and let's have some fun for the next hour... here we go!

Joe (California)

Matt Adams worth a pickup in 12 team leagues?

Eric Karabell
  (3:02 PM)

I think he will perform well enough to be owned, yes, but as always you shouldn't be dropping a struggling star to get him. I think Adams can hit 15 home runs the rest of the season. We still don't know if Berkman is coming back.

greg (here)

better 5th OF in 10-team w/ OPS added: Delmon or Alonso?

Eric Karabell
  (3:02 PM)

I'd say Yonder Alonso at this point. I have little faith Delmon can hit for average or do much of anything. At least Alonso is doing so and has upside and multi-eligibility. And he's not Delmon.

Mike (Philadelphia, Pa)

When do see OF Wil Myers being called up and who's spot does he take in the lineup? Found it interesting that he is playing CF in his promiton to AAA.

Eric Karabell
  (3:03 PM)

I don't think it happens until September and by then hopefully they've gotten out of the Francoeur contract. Myers could play CF, too. No guarantees he hits this year, or plays enough.

Tom (Richboro, PA)

Hi EK, in your opinion how do Morse and Craig compare in terms of ROS value? I don't see a major difference but Tristan didnt even have Craig in his top 100 today. I know it's not your list, but I'm just wondering if I'm crazy for believing he's legit. Thanks

Eric Karabell
  (3:04 PM)

I believe Craig is legit but would still take Morse. But it's actually kinda close. Craig just can't stay healthy; I have no reason to believe that Morse will have injury woes all year, and he should be back in 2 weeks. And by the way, Tristan...he's the best.

Chris (NJ)

Just joined the Bauer Bandwagon...had to drop LaHair. Smart move?

Eric Karabell
  (3:05 PM)

Well, I suppose it depends on need, but no, I wouldn't have done that. In a keeper league I would... but I happen to believe LaHair is kinda LaReal. And who knows when Bauer is up?

another EK (nyc)

Middlebrooks or Headley at CI in AVG/OPS lg?

Eric Karabell
  (3:06 PM)

Headley. I realize everyone loves them so Middlebrooks in New England, but he refuses to walk and it will catch up to him. If it's OPS and walks count, Headley draws many walks. And he's not losing playing time.

Floyd (Arizona)

Hey Ek, Should I trade Jason kubel and Freddie Freeman for Andrew McCutchen in a NL Only keeper league?

Eric Karabell
  (3:06 PM)

Hmmm, nothing wrong with Freeman but yeah, you get the best player in the deal. Go for it.

Jake (ATL)

I'm in first place, and I have Sandoval and Ellsbury on the DL. Should my league quit now?

Eric Karabell
  (3:06 PM)

Nope, that's why they play the games. You and I happen to think Sandoval and Ellsbury will return soon and be great, but odd things happen in baseball. Play it out!

Dave (Cleveland)

Was offered Pujols and King Felix for my Hamilton. Its a keeper league and Pujols cannot be kept next season (only King Felix and Hamilton can be kept). Is a couple seasons of Hamilton worth a couple season of King Felix and 4 months of Pujols?

Eric Karabell
  (3:07 PM)

I think Pujols will be just fine, but certainly multiple seasons of Hamilton is worth more. The Felix angle is interesting and depends on need. If you can win now and Felix helps you do it, then yes, it's worth it.

Agent K (Nowhere)

Eric, your advice, please. Was offered my choice for Mad Bum - I ask for Hanson & Bauer. I was countered with Hanson

Eric Karabell
  (3:08 PM)

No, I'd rather have Bumgarner than Hanson.

Raymond (NY)

Hey EK! Rank these players ROS please...lahair, dirks, ibanez, francoeur

Eric Karabell
  (3:08 PM)

LaHair (yep), Ibanez, Dirks, Frenchy.

DJ (Lake George)

Will Lawrie finish as a top 5 3B?

Eric Karabell
  (3:09 PM)

Probably just outside, since Cabrera, Wright, Bautista, Hanley and Beltre are already 5 guys. But top 10, yes.

Dave (San Diego)

AL only league - I was offered Youk for Morrow - pull the trigger?

Eric Karabell
  (3:10 PM)

Depends on need. I have few concerns about Youkilis, personally, but if you need a strikeout pitcher then keep Morrow. Also, keep in mind in theory Youkilis could be dealt to an NL team like the Dodgers. I don't think he will, but Morrow isn't getting traded. What are your AL-only rules on being dealt to the NL? That matters.

Ray (NY)

WHATSUP EK? Dee Gordon or Cameron Maybin ROS and why?

Eric Karabell
  (3:11 PM)

Tough to rely on Dee at this point. Gotta go Maybin because he is assured playing time and Mr. Gordon can't swipe those 50 bases from Albuquerque. He just can't get on base consistently. It's a shame.

Josh (Chicago)

EK, is Bud Norris for real? What I mean is, can he be this good or close to this good the rest of the season?

Eric Karabell
  (3:12 PM)

Yes, I believe he can remain this good. Always been a K guy and now he's not walking people. He's even winning games. Legit.

Bryan (CT)

No way I'm spending a first rd pick on Chris Johnson after last year's sad showing. Am i justified?

Eric Karabell
  (3:12 PM)

Well, we're likely going to have him ranked as a first-rounder. There just aren't enough running backs to count on. I don't feel good about it, either!

Jordan (Peoria)

I am viewing Adam Dunn as a top 5 1B in a league that counts OBP instead of AVG...Am I crazy?

Eric Karabell
  (3:13 PM)

Not at all. Love Dunn in an OBP league. Probably can't keep up this HR pace, but he is back.

Andy (Lawrence, MA)

Who will have more homers between Yoenis Cespedes or Mark Trumbo?

Eric Karabell
  (3:14 PM)

Trumbo. He's the healthy one and he's been through the league before. And there's no questioning his power...won't get on base like this for long, but he can hit for power.

Scoot (Chicago)

Im so tired of Alexei Ramirez, I see Cozart out there, do I make the switch??

Eric Karabell
  (3:14 PM)

I think Alexei will be better for the duration of the season, but it's not outrageous at all.

Chris (Lexington, KY)

Mike Trout outperforms Bryce Harper the rest of the way? He is so far.

Eric Karabell
  (3:14 PM)

I wrote that the weekend they were each promoted. Trout is a fantasy monster... Harper looks great as well, though. I probably undersold on both.

Lou (Around the corner)

Hey EK, as I recall you were pretty big on Brett Lawrie in the preseason... What's you take on him now? What do his final stats look like?

Eric Karabell
  (3:16 PM)

I'm not overly concerned with his stats. Probably close to 20/20 with 80 RBIs and a .280 batting average. I still think he's great. I'm concerned about his attitude and future suspensions. He's an angry young man.

Jake (Perkins, OK)

Winless this year in a keeper. Ok to trade Bautista for Lawrie?

Eric Karabell
  (3:17 PM)

Well, it's your team... but Bautista has a few more years left and his 40 homers are worth a lot.

Ben (knox)

Thoughts on Rizzo? Guy is raking in Iowa.

Eric Karabell
  (3:18 PM)

Nothing has been learned. He raked in Triple-A last year and then did nothing in the bigs. I think he will be good in the majors but I like the Cubs keeping him there until there's a natural opening. No need to rush him. I won't be surprised if Rizzo hits around .270 in the bigs this season over say 300 at-bats.

Rusty (Denver)

EK, what's your take on the Yankees closer situatuion in a few weeks? Robertson take the role back??

Eric Karabell
  (3:18 PM)

If Soriano continues to pitch well I think he keeps the job. There would be no need to switch. Girardi had trouble making up his mind anyway when Robertson was healthy.

Tommy (New York)

Is Dickey worth putting on a roster now instead of just streaming?

Eric Karabell
  (3:19 PM)

Yeah, I kinda wrote that back in March as well... and Dickey is on pace for what, 192 strikeouts? I didn't see that, but still, legit guy with good ERA/WHIP and now the Ks are way up!

Scott (San Jose)

I've been offered Chapman for Matt Moore. I could use the saves.. Too much to give up?

Eric Karabell
  (3:20 PM)

I think Matt Moore is gonna turn things around soon... and I'd never trade a top-25 starter for any closer. Especially this season when half the closers from early April have lost jobs to injury or performance. Chapman is awesome... but is he safe? Nobody can say he is.

Ben (knox)

Strategy question. In a keeper league, how do you balance potential versus current production? For example, been offered Jay Bruce for Hosmer. Current stats say i am an idiot for not hitting "accept" faster but Hosmers potential seems so high i am reluctant to let him go. Thank you

Eric Karabell
  (3:21 PM)

In that case I think it's reasonable to go with Bruce. It's not like he's way outperforming expectations. He's supposed to hit 30 homers for years to come. In this case I'd do the deal. If it's Hosmer for LaHair, absolutely not.

Dave (Philly!)

More SB for ROS - Tony Campana or Elliot Johnson?

Eric Karabell
  (3:21 PM)

Campana is a legit, 50-steal guy if he gets the chance. Johnson is a fill-in utility infielder. Maybe he swipes 15.

Howie (KC)

Does Lucroy finish as a top 5 C? He's been raking all year.

Eric Karabell
  (3:22 PM)

No, but he's made it into my top 10 over Miguel Montero. That says a lot right there.

Greg (Bethesda, MD)

Better chance to take over as a closer this season, David Hernandez for the Dbacks or Ernesto Frieri for the Angels?

Eric Karabell
  (3:22 PM)

I think it's Hernandez. Can't explain what is wrong with JJ Putz, but Hernandez is closer to a lot of saves than Frieri.

Ace (NY)

When will Jim Tracy give Colvin a shot in his starting OF? Fowler just isn?t cutting it, right?

Eric Karabell
  (3:23 PM)

No, he's disappointing us again, but I think you'll find Colvin will too when he is given the chance. Who knows what Tracy will do... his job is hardly safe.

Scott (Boston MA)

what's your take on Youkilis now that he's back? He's looked good so far in his return. is he a buy low?

Eric Karabell
  (3:24 PM)

Well, that was one game. He homered and struck out twice. Tells us little. I think Youkilis will have a nice season. I believe. But I doubt Red Sox fans want to hear it! They love Middlebrooks!

Ian (DC)

What's good, EK? How long can we expect Middlebrooks to stay up? Picked him up when Youk went down, now have to make a choice between dropping Middlebrooks or Kendrys. Does Will have what it takes to stick around?

Eric Karabell
  (3:25 PM)

And here we go! I think if Middlebrooks stayed up all year he'd hit around .260 with 15 home runs. He does have power, opposite field power, and in that lineup he'd knock in runs. But he refuses to take walks. And that will kill his average. Plus, no matter how lame the Boston outfield is, they can't push Adrian out there every day. So I have to go with Morales. I don't see Middlebrooks in the majors in a few weeks.

David (M'ville)

Corey Hart has two games at 1B. If he gets eligibility, where do you rank him against his peers at 1b?

Eric Karabell
  (3:26 PM)

Probably around 15-20. In this case adding eligibility means little... you'd have to use Hart in the outfield, where there is far less depth.

Ray (NJ)

Hey EK. Lahair has been slumping big time. Take Ibanez/Dirks or stay strong with Lahair ?

Eric Karabell
  (3:26 PM)

Stay strong. LaHair might hit .260 the rest of the way, but the power is legit.

Joseph (Dallas)

Where does Brandon Marshall rank in ppr with Cutler reunion? Above Steve Smith? Feels like a push.

Eric Karabell
  (3:27 PM)

I'd go with Marshall over Smith there, and Marshall makes it into my top 10 WR in a PPR. But I do not expect he'll suddenly be a fantasy monster, scoring 10 touchdowns or catching 100 passes. Just don't see it in Chicago.

mario (pa)

Sell high on Lance Lynn for Michael Young?

Eric Karabell
  (3:27 PM)

Yes, absolutely.

EJ (Charlotte)

Better option as temporary 3B: frazier,Pacheco, arias or j.Bell? Thanks

Eric Karabell
  (3:27 PM)

Frazier is the only one I think will be getting consistent at-bats in a month.

Matt (Gainesville,ga)

Is Zobrist going to turn things around or should I try and move him while I can.

Eric Karabell
  (3:28 PM)

You're gonna move a guy hitting .217. I'd keep him. Zobrist is a top 50 player and will be fine.

Josh (Wheaton)

Keeper league: Lucroy or Wieters?

Eric Karabell
  (3:28 PM)

C'mon. Wieters is probably the No. 1 catcher in a keeper/dynasty format.

Nick (Atlanta)

Moustakas finishes as the #___ ranked 3B

Eric Karabell
  (3:29 PM)

Probably around 12-15, like where he is now according to our Player Rater. Batting average has to regress some.

Felix Garcia (Barcelona, Spain)

ian desmond legit? end of the season numbers for him?

Eric Karabell
  (3:30 PM)

Blogged about this very topic today! Yes, I think he is legit. Not for 30 home runs, but double his career best.

Adam (Newtown, PA)

Chooch is leading off tonight. Just thought I'd let you know since it's the craziest thing I've heard since....I heard Carlos Pena led off yesterday and today.

Eric Karabell
  (3:30 PM)

Really? Ruiz is leading off for the Phillies? Wow. I didn't think Manuel had it in him. I love it. LOVE IT.

Chris (Boston)

When will the BoSox make your Power Rankings?!?! PS-Middlebrooks Rules!

Eric Karabell
  (3:31 PM)

Yeah, so I've heard. Probably next week if they can get back to .500.

Ace (NY)

What did you think of Ian Stewart before the season and how about now?

Eric Karabell
  (3:32 PM)

I don't think he was or is worth owning in a 10-team league. Can't hit for average and isn't a 30-homer guy. Might not even hit 15 homers.

J (Chicago)

two seperate trades would you do either of these. Trumbo for Kipnis or Lahair for Butler.

Eric Karabell
  (3:32 PM)

I would make both trades if you're getting Kipnis and Butler. Yes.

Jonathan (Ohio)

Now that Crisp is back to being fully healthy, what do you expect from him ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:32 PM)

Many steals. He can steal 10 bases a month if he gets on base.

Greg (Bethesda, MD)

Could Abreu be a solid cheap leadoff hitter with Dee Gordon being demoted to the bottom of the lineu-up?

Eric Karabell
  (3:33 PM)

In theory, yes. Gordon should be hitting 8th, or not playing. Can't give a guy at-bats there with a .250 OBP.

RJ (Philly)

Ruiz is not leading off. Pierre is

Eric Karabell
  (3:34 PM)

Well, there you go. Ruiz would be a better choice. Alas, one of them is fast... managers are incredible.

Dave (NYC)

Is Chapman the #1 RP now that he has the closer role?

Eric Karabell
  (3:34 PM)

I'd like to see him accrue a few more saves before saying that, but obviously he can be as dominant as anyone, even Kimbrel.

Gamel (Minot)

EK, my friend, Please rank for ROS value: Heyward, A. Gordon, Trumbo, M. Joyce?

Eric Karabell
  (3:34 PM)

Hmmm... Heyward owners have to be patient. I'll say Gordon, Heyward, Joyce, Trumbo.

dc (dc)

Who in the world is Wade Miley?!

Eric Karabell
  (3:35 PM)

An Arizona pitcher you need to sell high on right away.

Drew (Williamsport)

Would you rather have Bumgarner or Beachy ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:35 PM)

Bumgarner. I like Beachy and think there's upside - not on his current ERA though - but he's not as good as Bumgarner.

Brian (Baltimore)

You really think Lucroy is better ROS than M Montero?? I have both just picked up Lucroy for a fill-in and i cant carry 2 catchers for long....

Eric Karabell
  (3:36 PM)

Yeah, I generally tell the truth in these chats. It's easier that way, even if everyone in my leagues knows what I am thinking. Montero should be better... but he's hurt, and slumping.

Chandler (Tulsa)

Sell high on Jim Johnson or ride out his 35+ saves?

Eric Karabell
  (3:37 PM)

He's on pace for a lot more than 35 saves... so in a way, sell high, because the Orioles can't do this for much longer.

RWG (Boston)

rank rest of season: JP, Napoli, Avila, Lucroy.

Eric Karabell
  (3:37 PM)

Really? Napoli, Avila, Lucroy and .... Arencibia.

Erik (with a k)

You agree that Clippard should be, is and will continue to be the man in DC? (apart from Storen)

Eric Karabell
  (3:38 PM)

Yeah, looks like Davey Johnson had no choice. No telling when Storen will return, so get Clippard. Could keep the job all year.

Scott (Miami)

First, thank you for running a chat that we know won't deteriorate into a conversation about the best sci-fi show or sitcom of all time -- you're all business all the time. Much appreciated! Now, what do you see from Daniel Hudson ROS in terms of stats and final ranking among starters? Thank you!

Eric Karabell
  (3:39 PM)

Yeah, I think people want their fantasy info and then we get back to work, right? Not that the other direction is wrong. Anyway, I have no concerns about Hudson. Legit 200 inning guy got derailed in April but now is healthy. Probably around top-30 starter the rest of the way, maybe top 45 for season.

mikey (minn)

What's the Strasburg advice du jour? Unless Verlander, Kershaw, Felix, Lee, Halladay is the return: hold tight?

Eric Karabell
  (3:40 PM)

I'd deal anyone if the price was right, Verlander, Hamilton, you name it. But for one other starter... yeah, it would have to be a top-10 guy at this stage.

kyle (NJ)

Josh Johnson seems to have found his stride of late. Is he a top 25 SP the rest of the way?

Eric Karabell
  (3:40 PM)

Absolutely.

Damon (Louisville)

Even if the O's don't maintain...can't Jim Johnson continue to rack up saves for a bad team?

Eric Karabell
  (3:41 PM)

In theory, yes, but at the same time last season they really struggled to win in the second half. Save opps were few and far between. Johnson is on pace for more than 50 saves! Can't end there.

Tim (Chicago)

Dynasty league format: Jason Heyward a future superstar? A potential 25-30 HR guy, or do you think he could be a 35-40 HR guy?

Eric Karabell
  (3:41 PM)

We have to soften some the way he's struggling, but I think 25-30 home run guy eventually.

Jack (Spain)

For bench depth: Altuve or Youkilis? 10 team points league.

Eric Karabell
  (3:42 PM)

Youkilis. Altuve is awesome and stuff, but he's not going to hit 20 home runs or take walks like Youk.

Russ (NY)

Tabata worth hanging on to as a bench guy in case he decides to come back around?

Eric Karabell
  (3:43 PM)

Not in a mixed league. I gave up already. Holding out hope for NL owners that he can hit .270 and steal 20... not optimistic.

Norman (New York, NY)

Trade Trout for Heyward for ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:43 PM)

No, I don't believe I would.

Ric (SD)

Dropped Bauer for Petitte in a deep 16 team redraft league. Good move?

Eric Karabell
  (3:44 PM)

Well, I don't personally think Bauer will be up before the All-Star break, so yeah... sounds silly saying it, though.

Paulie (NY)

Ray Rice is my number one pick. Do you agree?

Eric Karabell
  (3:45 PM)

Can make a case for any of three and maybe four running backs - those names are obvious - for the top pick and I wouldn't argue.

Drew (Williamsport)

We all knew Lahair would cool off, but what do you think he can do ROS? Is 15HR and 270 out of the question?

Eric Karabell
  (3:45 PM)

Not at all. That's legit. Nobody can sustain a .500 BABIP.

Greg (Bethesda, MD)

Is Morneau a viable option this season to hit another 20 HR or has that ship sailed?

Eric Karabell
  (3:46 PM)

I hope he can stay healthy enough to do so but I think we all have reservations. We must.

Harry (Denver)

W.Chen or Paulino ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:46 PM)

Paulino, definitely. Can't trust Chen in Baltimore.

Ricky (NJ)

Little note in case Tulowitski is reading: WAKE UP

Eric Karabell
  (3:46 PM)

Yeah, good luck with that!

Michael (Milwaukee)

DL Stash, Berkman or Craig?

Eric Karabell
  (3:47 PM)

Craig will be back sooner. And I think Berkman thinks he's done.

Alan (Tampa)

Clippard of Capps ROS? Yeah...that is what my closer situation looks like.....

Eric Karabell
  (3:48 PM)

Yikes. Sorry. Well, Capps probably has more security, though he could be dealt and ... well, he's not very good. Gotta say Capps today. Clippard is just so much better but no guarantee for saves.

Tim (NC)

Eric, what do you think of Felipe Paulino? Nasty k/9....

Eric Karabell
  (3:48 PM)

Exactly. Final ERA around 4, but legit K guy last year, too.

Jon (NYC)

AL East question: Better bet for the rest of the year - Kuroda, Doubront, or Arrieta?

Eric Karabell
  (3:49 PM)

Kuroda, definitely. I still wouldn't own Doubront or Arrieta in a 10-team mixed.

Michael (Milwaukee)

Chris Davis or LoMo for a Util?

Eric Karabell
  (3:49 PM)

Morrison, but losing patience by the week.

Jack (Boston, MA)

Would you trade Pujols for McCutchen and J.Zimmerman?

Eric Karabell
  (3:49 PM)

It's not an awful deal, but I still think Pujols will have the best season of that trio.

David (M'ville)

does Santos get the job back for the Jays?

Eric Karabell
  (3:50 PM)

Yes, I think he will be closing again by this time next month.

Eric (CO)

Pick up Rajai Davis for Torres or Hafner? I'm desparate for steals.

Eric Karabell
  (3:50 PM)

He can run, that's for sure. Yep.

Dave (NY)

David Wright might hit .400...just sayin'. COMEBACK FANTASY PLAYER OF THE YEAR!

Eric Karabell
  (3:51 PM)

Sorry, but no. It's Adam Dunn. At least 10 guys more deserving than Wright. Terrific start to his season but he's not going to hit .400, and he wasn't exactly unusable last season. Dunn was.

Tim (Chicago)

Eric, I don't have Insider! What should we expect from Adrian Gonzalez ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:51 PM)

Nothing has changed with him except he might add outfield eligibility at some point. I'd say ends up around .300 with 25 homers.

Josh (Atlanta)

You think Berkman is done. He's on my DL right now. Drop him and add Crawford there?

Eric Karabell
  (3:52 PM)

No, I think Berkman thinks he's done. His quotes are ominous. I hope he returns. That said, keep Berkman on your DL. Tells you what I think of Crawford....

dc (first place)

if youre atop your league, is there danger in becoming complacent?

Eric Karabell
  (3:53 PM)

Don't even look at the standings until June. Seriously. Some owners are better off being in fifth place in May than first... they stop trying.

Tom (LA)

Is Adrian Peterson still a 1st rounder?

Eric Karabell
  (3:54 PM)

Not my first round, but I acknowledge people in the know are hinting he could play by Week 1. I just don't believe it yet.

dave (boston)

Which MI struggler would you buy low on? Alexei, J Weeks, Aybar

Eric Karabell
  (3:55 PM)

All of them... would rank ROS Alexei, Aybar, Weeks.

Tom (Cubicle)

Rumor Mill says ROY OSWALT might sign with a team soon, jump and stash in a 14 team mixed??? or just dont bother???

Eric Karabell
  (3:55 PM)

Yes, in that deep a league I'd stash. Wherever he goes it will be a good team, and he's certainly rested.

Rob (Seattle)

Teixeira and Rollins for Pujols?

Eric Karabell
  (3:56 PM)

Absolutely. And don't wait. Rollins is toast. Teixeira might not be top 10 first baseman. Pujols will be Pujols.

Ronny (NJ)

FOLLOW UP to the MI question...what if you throw in Rickie Weeks?

Eric Karabell
  (3:56 PM)

On a list of four second basemen, he'd be about 12th.

Dave (NY)

Please rank going forward. All on the wire as of now. Any worth owning? Paulino, Smyly, Diamond, Doubront?

Eric Karabell
  (3:57 PM)

In a 10-team mixed, none of them. But Paulino the closest because of the Ks.

Jay (DC)

What would you do with Ike Davis in a 10 team mixed league? Drop him for Moreland, Chris Davis or Alonzo?

Eric Karabell
  (3:58 PM)

Yeah, I've had enough of Ike, unfortunately. Alonso and then Moreland. Sorry, I don't want a guy that might hit .220 for an entire season. No on Davis.

Jake (chicago)

Who would you rather take a shot on. Matt Moore or Roy Oswalt.

Eric Karabell
  (3:58 PM)

Moore.

Ronny (Cedar Rapids)

buzzer beater: Buy low on Aramis Ramirez or pass?

Eric Karabell
  (3:58 PM)

Pass. And I WAS writing that back in February and Brewers fans were angry. Wonder what they're saying now?

Steve (Portland)

I turned down Ethier for Victorino. Will I regret this later?

Eric Karabell
  (3:59 PM)

I'd take Victorino, but only because he runs.

Drew (Williamsport)

Will Oswalt be available to stash on the DL if he's picked up now?

Eric Karabell
  (3:59 PM)

He's not hurt, so I'm guessing no in our leagues.

Bill (Boston, MA)

Last one EK! Adam Jones or McCutchen ROS?

Eric Karabell
  (3:59 PM)

McCutch.

Michael (Milwaukee)

Brewers take a chance on Lind?

Eric Karabell
  (4:00 PM)

Yeah, that's the answer. #not

dc (first place)

thanks for answering. youre the best

Eric Karabell
  (4:01 PM)

No, you guys are the best. Thanks for sending the questions and having some fun, I hope I got to enough of your questions! Time for a rest! So have a great day and good luck with your teams, and I should be back chatting same time next week! Adios!
