With all the national hype and are 2nd place ranking does Oregon have to continue winning with suck huge margins to expect to make it to the NC? If we have a game like the LSU vs Auburn game will that set us back to a 3rd or 4th place ranking?
No...If the Ducks go undefeated, they'll be in it.They could drop a bit after a close game but not much. It will work itself out in the end
What did you think about LaMichael James tweet to Washington fans after there upset last night?
Comedy. I don't know why some people were upset. It's a rivalry. A nasty one. That might be the nicest thing said between now and Oct 6th.
Will DeAnthony Thomas bring the Heisman to Eugene that Lamichael James couldn't during his brilliant Duck career?
It all comes down to touches. He would need a couple kick returns to boost him up but no one will kick to him.He had around 1000 return yards last year. He's going to lose all those yards this year.He has the talent. It all comes down to touches and what he does with them
Brandon, what happened to Devon Blackmon this season for the Ducks? I thought we'd see more of him on the field this year as a real contributor for Chip Kelly?
Good question. People expected a lot from him and so far there has been nothing. He just hasn't developed the way they had hoped at this point
What's the word on Aaron Gordan after his visit to Eugene? Does Altman have a legitimate shot at getting him in a Duck uniform?
The word is that he liked his visit a lot but UW might be tough to beat. The Robinson twins said they would be working on him though
I like Oregon a lot and was upset they lost to Auburn a few years back. I'm sick of old school SEC teams winning the crystal ball, so this is just to say, Go Ducks!
How is freshmen Arik Armstead progressing for Oregon? Is there any chance he ends up back on the offensive line where many projected him as a better prospect?
He has been solid so far with his reps.He has a lot of room for growth as a DL, so I imagine he stays there
I'll ask the same question of Duck fans that USC received before the loss to Stanford. Can Oregon defeat USC twice in the same season, in a relatively short period of time?
Hard to beat anyone twice in the same year. USC is still a very good and dangerous team. Oregon certainly has the ability to do so, but the tilt in LA on Nov. 3rd will be a tough task
What do you think of Colt and Bennett in that power package? I was happy to see it work, but I am concerned it will end up getting Colt hurt leaving us VERY thin at TE
Loved seeing Lyerla at RB. With Bennett in there it gives the offense that much more to worry about. The benefits likely outweigh the negatives. If he did get hurt, it would leave the Ducks lacking experience at TE. They have a lot of talent at TE, but are very, very inexperienced
