Fantasy NFL with Chris Harris

Christopher Harris
  (10:58 AM)

Morning kids. New Twitter handle: @CHarrisESPN. Single-position questions answered here: http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=12ranksWeek7QB And my football novel is here: www.slotbackrhapsody.com. Let's get to your questions....

Bill (Chicago)

Vick for Dalton? Do you think it is a fair trade?

Christopher Harris
  (10:59 AM)

I don't. I'm not panic-selling on Vick.

Gob Bluth (On a Segway)

Hello, Chris. What is your outlook on Matt Forte ROS in a PPR league? I see him as a buy-low target. I may package Stevan Ridley and a so-so WR with him. Good idea?

Christopher Harris
  (10:59 AM)

Yes, that seems about right to me.

Tim (Chicago)

How do you see the St. Louis backfield playing out? SJAX prospects ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:00 AM)

Hi, Tim. I don't think they're any different. I think Richardson got extra work last week because the Rams didn't want to attack the Dolphins in the middle of their defense, so they went with some quickness around the edge. Of course, I don't love Jackson regardless...He's a mid- to low-end RB2 at this point in his career.

Sarah (NYC)

Hi Chris. Do you think that Felix will steal all the carries this week or does Tanner have a shot at being start-worthy?

Christopher Harris
  (11:01 AM)

Hi, Sarah. No, I wouldn't start Tanner. As skeptical as I am about Felix and his ability to stay healthy, *while* he's healthy he should dominate touches for Dallas.

Harold (CA)

Any news on Amendola?

Christopher Harris
  (11:02 AM)

Hi, Harold. My understanding is that mid-November is a best-case scenario for Amendola, but we'll have to see about his conditioning at that point, too.

Ben-Jarvus Green Ellis (Dumpsville USA)

What's my problem Chris? I can't seem to find the end zone or break a run greater than 2 yards. What do you forecast for me going forward?

Christopher Harris
  (11:03 AM)

We did a thorough BJGE analysis on the Fantasy Underground podcast a couple weeks back...if you listen there, that's pretty much still my opinion: in short, yeah, he's not very good. Wasn't in New England, either. He's fine...a replacement-level talent who needs TDs to be good in fantasy. I'm not advocating everyone dump him. But at best he's a flex in shallow leagues.

Rick Grimes (The Walking Dead)

Is it just me, or is Felix Jones giving off the "looks alive, but soon to be a zombie no one wants to be anywhere near" vibe within a week or two? Him or Mendenhall ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:04 AM)

Nope, that's the same vibe I get. Felix will be a better play than Mendy for as long as he's healthy and DeMarco isn't. How long will either of those things take? Hard to say. I'm guessing that if you add up fantasy points from this point 'til the end of the season, Mendy winds up with more. But if Murray's injury is worse than feared, Felix has way more upside.

Mark (Miami)

Have you heard any news on Brandon Lloyds shoulder? I dont trust the NE injury report.

Christopher Harris
  (11:05 AM)

Hi, Mark. I don't get any more info than you do, honestly -- and neither do the Pats' beat reporters! But my educated guess is that he'll be okay for Sunday.

John Clayton's legs (who knows)

What is with the low amount of targets for Mike Wallace? Do you think that will continue? i benched him for that reason this week in favor of brandon marshall and reggie wayne. right move writer boy?... oh wait thats not you anymore.

Christopher Harris
  (11:07 AM)

Yeah, only 34 targets so far, but remember the Steelers have had their bye, so it's not quite as bad as it looks, plus he didn't have a training camp. I'm not concerned. He's still a great deep threat. A little boom-or-bust? Sure. But You can see in my WR ranks here: http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=12ranksWeek7WR that I have him higher than either of those other 2 guys. All 3 are strong, there's no "right" answer. Seems like removing Wallace does remove downside risk (if he doesn't bust a big one).

Aaron (Bethesda, MD)

Chris, Is starting Chris Johnson this week a kosher move? I've got a ton of byes this week and I know he has a good match-up, but I've just been burned too many times to feel good about playing the guy...

Christopher Harris
  (11:08 AM)

Hi, Aaron. Tough for me to weigh in conclusively not being able to look at your whole roster, but I suggest you listen to this week's Fantasy Underground podcast -- CJ vs. BUF is the very first thing we discuss.

Adam (PHI)

Hey Chris, I traded Matt Ryan for Drew Brees. Thoughts?

Christopher Harris
  (11:08 AM)

Hi, Adam. Brees would rank (slightly) higher than Ryan on my ROS list.

Todd (CA)

Does Steve Smith's value solely depend upon Cam Newton?

Christopher Harris
  (11:10 AM)

Hi, Todd. Well, that's a big part of it, obviously. Listen, I'm not that worried about Smith. He's still either a low-end WR1 or a high-end WR2. The only thing that's missing is TDs, and we all know how tough those are to project. 7+ targets a game for 78 yards a game are very nice numbers in the scheme of things. If he falls in the EZ twice, we're not having this conversation.....

Steve (Tiger Town!!)

Hi Chris, Why do you think the Steelers are a top 10 Defense this week on the road in Cincinnati? They haven't done much with Palomalu out? Dalton has been pretty good this year too.

Christopher Harris
  (11:13 AM)

Hi, Steve. Well, six teams on bye plays havoc with ranks in general, so there's that. The Steelers haven't been great on D fantasy-wise, for sure, but they also haven't given you the true stinker, minus-points effort yet, either. You're right, Dalton's been pretty OK, but Cincy in general has been a plus matchup for opposing fantasy D's this year -- only once in 6 games have they given up fewer fantasy points than the opposing defense's average.

Chris (Richmond)

What's a good strategy for selling Vick during a bye week?

Christopher Harris
  (11:14 AM)

Hi, Chris. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not selling low on Vick. As "badly" as he's played, he's still the #11 fantasy QB out there, with 2 stinkers and 4 pretty good efforts. Unless you can get full value for him, hold on.

Chalupa Batman (Mexico)

Every week I have the same predicament... PPR Ridley or Morris?Who has better upside this week and ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:15 AM)

I think it's Morris just about every week right now.

Jim (Indy)

I have seen the rankings, doesn't really help me for my flex. Who do you like most this week in a .5 PPR: Alex G, Ballard, L. Moore or M. Williams.

Christopher Harris
  (11:16 AM)

Hi, Jim. I'd like to go RB, but neither of those guys fills me with love. I think I go Mike Williams only because I have shreds of doubt about Moore's hammy.

Mike (San Diego)

Is Josh Gordon going to be the new Devery Henderson, meaning a guy who is going to be all or nothing and EXTREMELY frustrating to own?

Christopher Harris
  (11:16 AM)

Hi, Mike. For this year, probably so. Check out this week's Fantasy Underground podcast -- we spend about 7 or 8 minutes talking about Gordon.

Robbie (Memphis)

I saw Bradshaw run all over the 49ers. You have Lynch ranked 9 this week, but isn't that a little generous? He has Russell Wislon back there with him... not Eli Manning.

Christopher Harris
  (11:18 AM)

Hi, Robbie. Believe me, I hear what you're saying. The problem is, especially with six teams on bye, you look at the rest of the RBs and say to yourself, "Sheesh, who can I legitimately feel good about starting ahead of Lynch?" I definitely didn't put Lynch there because I suddenly believe the Niners D is soft! It's because Lynch is a good player, and I would feel like crap if I sat him and he accidentally found his way into the end zone. (Incidentally, I have Lynch #12.)

Wes (North CA)

Lance Moore or Jason Witten at flex? Assuming Moore is healthy.

Christopher Harris
  (11:19 AM)

Hi, Wes. I think Moore is going to play. But that's not a lock, nor is it a lock that he won't hurt his hammy (which was hurt all last year, too) on the game's first play. With Jimmy Graham sounding really shaky to play, Moore has more upside. If you're looking to hit a homer, he's your guy. But he's got the scarier downside, too.

Sam (NY)

A guy in my league just traded Forte for BGE and Felix Jones. As the commissioner, I wanted to veto it because it is so one-sided, but I let it go through. Thoughts?

Christopher Harris
  (11:20 AM)

Hi, Sam. I think you did the right thing. It isn't your job to save people from themselves, and while this isn't a good trade, it doesn't scream "collusion!" If in future years you don't want to ask this owner back into the league, that's your prerogative. But I'm with you not vetoing this.

Jake (Grand Forks, Nd)

Any recommendations on a sleeper defense for the week? How do you see the Atlanta D doing the rest of the year? Thanks!

Christopher Harris
  (11:21 AM)

Hi, Jake. Very rough week for sleeper D's. The Patriots might qualify (but they're owned in nearly half of ESPN leagues), and they stink, too. (I just think the Jets offense stinks worse.) Maybe the Browns? The Colts offense has given up fantasy defensive points. But they're also explosive, so that makes it scary. Falcons D is good, not elite.

George (Augusta)

I see Stafford as a sell high. Trade him and MJD for RG3 and Spiller? I also have Foster, and SJax.

Christopher Harris
  (11:22 AM)

Hi, George. I can understand that viewpoint. I think the deal is fair, and if you want to go that route, I think you've bought more explosiveness. Though with RG3 being an injury risk, you've also bought scariness, too.....

Dan (LA)

Chris, post bye strategy question in a redraft league. All my main guys will be done with byes after this week, do you prefer loading your bench with handcuffs or draining the useable player pool at this point?

Christopher Harris
  (11:23 AM)

Hi, Dan. No hard-and-fast rule in my opinion -- it probably depends on how valuable you think the handcuff would be if he took over the full-time job. (i.e., Ben Tate - valuable...Mike Goodson - less so) But I do think once byes are past, this is definitely worth thinking about.

The Coach (Collegetown)

Best Illini Alum ROS....Leshoure or Mendenhall?

Christopher Harris
  (11:24 AM)

Hm. Pierre Thomas? But seriously folks. I would probably say Mendy, though I'd love to know what's up with his Achilles'.

Matt (Miami)

Ridley or Micheal Turner ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:24 AM)

Hi, Matt. Really close. Ridley is a better player. But Turner is going to score more TDs, and his workload seems safer. I'm going to say Ridley by a whisker.

Christopher Harris
  (11:26 AM)

Hey, gang, it's my weekly "thank-you" to Slotback Rhapsody readers. (That's my novel about football...you should really read it...it's funny.) So anyone who can tell me the name of the middle linebacker on Morrison's team in the next 10 minutes gets their question pushed to the front of the line. Go!

Preston (Ohio)

Does William Powell become the main RB in Arizona? Or stick with LSH?

Christopher Harris
  (11:27 AM)

Hi, Preston. As I said last week, I think Powell is better-suited for early-down work and a bigger workload than the smaller LSH. But I think the O-line is bad, and this week's matchup against Minny stinks, and the workload will be split enough that I'd prefer to use neither this week if I can get away with it.

Billy (KC)

What is Greg Jennings value right now? I've been offered Torrey Smith or Steven Jackson for him in a PPR. Thanks!

Christopher Harris
  (11:27 AM)

Hi, Billy. so tough to say, because we don't know the state of his injured groin. I'm tempted to say this is good enough value that you should do it and just be glad you're rid of the Jennings injury. But of course, if he's going to come back in the season's second half and be his normal self, you'll have gotten hosed.....

Matt (Columbus)

Hey Chris, with NE's new ground game is Brady worth giving up Charles and Decker for?

Christopher Harris
  (11:28 AM)

Matt, it would totally depend on whether you have another QB you can feel solid about using. You're certainly getting good players in return, so the deal itself is fair.

John J (MPLS)

What are your thoughts on Keller? I have Bennet and Finely and our TE FA's are very thin...

Christopher Harris
  (11:30 AM)

Hi, John. Well, he's been hurt the entire year to this point. It sounds like he's rounding back into health, and this would be a very nice matchup against the Patriots this week if he were totally healthy. Me, I think I'd need to see him produce once before I put him in my lineup. But sometimes beggars can't be choosers.....

jy (ny)

Rivers (gulp!) is my QB. my RB's are Foster, Charles, Spiller & F.Jax. Should I trade Spiller of F.Jax for RG3??

Christopher Harris
  (11:32 AM)

Hi, JY. Yeah, if I could get RG3 for one of those guys I'd probably do it. Heck, I might do it for both, as long as the person sent me something decent back with RG3.

Trent (Boston)

Is Mike Williams back to circa 2010 levels where he was a top 12 WR guy for the year?

Christopher Harris
  (11:33 AM)

Hi, Trent. I'm not there yet. He's not the top threat on his team -- that's Vincent Jackson. But he's good, and this is a great matchup this week. We talked about M-Will at length on this week's Fantasy Underground podcast...check it out.

Christopher Harris
  (11:34 AM)

Okay -- tons of correct answers on this week's Slotback question...thank you all for that. Let's burn through 'em, and then get back to everyone else....... (remember: www.slotbackrhapsody.com)

Timmmmmmay! (VA Beach)

Clancy Swift! Help me pick a flex - Sproles, D. Moore, Hernandez - Have F. Jones, and Martin at RB

Christopher Harris
  (11:35 AM)

I think I'd probably go with Sproles -- I just have this small doubt about Hernandez's ankle still. It's really close between those two, though.

Clancy Swift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ((Slotback Rhapsody))

YOYOYOYOYOYOYO CHRISSTOPHAAAAAAA better QB ROS BREES OR BRADY??

Christopher Harris
  (11:35 AM)

I have to say Brees.

Clancy Swift (Slotback Rhapsody)

Hi Chris - Need to sit 1 this week: Dez, Nicks, Reggie Wayne, Spiller, Lynch

Christopher Harris
  (11:35 AM)

Hm. How confident do you feel about Nicks' health? I'm the one ESPN ranker who still seems worried about it, considering he didn't play much or well last week. I think I'm sitting him, since everyone else is a pretty darned good option.

Clancy Swift (Big Beautiful Afro)

Would you drop Roberts in favor of an of these guys: Bess, Avery, Hawkins?

Christopher Harris
  (11:36 AM)

I don't think I would for any of those guys. Exception might be Hawkins in a PPR.

Chris (Richmond)

Clancy Swift? What type of WR is a top 25 RB worth, realistically? Top 10? Top 15?

Christopher Harris
  (11:36 AM)

Well, so tough to say, since every player in the top 25 has a different story. But yeah, I would at least hope top 15. Top 10 would be better....

Clancy Swift (US of A)

Hey Chris! PPR League - Trade Question. R Bush and H Nicks for A Peterson and A Brown (PIT). Who wins? Thanks!

Christopher Harris
  (11:37 AM)

I like the side getting Peterson, though it's fair, because when he's healthy Nicks has all kinds of upside.

Clancy (Swift)

Best insurance policy to have on a deep roster...Batch, Wilson, or Tanner?

Christopher Harris
  (11:38 AM)

I would say Wilson is by far the most talented player of those three, so he's likely to do the most damage given the opportunity.

Clancy Swift (Middle Linebacker)

Ponder or Freeman this week. Also...Stephen Hill...worth picking up and dropping A. Roberts or J. Simpson?

Christopher Harris
  (11:38 AM)

Freeman this week, and yes, I would drop Simpson for Hill.

Clancy Swift (Tupelo)

Are Morris and Martin fair value for Ray Rice, assuming Rice owner has very iffy RB2 and I still would have Mathews, Leshoure, Law Firm and Turner?

Christopher Harris
  (11:39 AM)

I love being the one getting the best player back in a trade. But boy, I think you should get another player. Morris and Martin are good! I would want maybe a serviceable WR3 to go with Rice.

Clancy Swift (Slotback)

In a ppr league, I have r. bush, a. morris, leshoure, cj2k, & deangelo at rb

Christopher Harris
  (11:39 AM)

Looking for a couple guys to start, I would say this week it's Morris and Johnson.

Adam (Clancy Swift)

Hey Chris, I need running back help in a deep league. Who do you think will get the most touches between Tanner, Cedric Peerman, and Andre Brown?

Christopher Harris
  (11:40 AM)

Hi, Adam. This week, I think Tanner.

Clancy Swift (Slotback Rhapsody)

Vick or Cam ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:40 AM)

I'll still say Cam. Man, I am stubborn as heck.

Mark (MO)

Clancy Swift....love this part of the chat!! Just traded Martelus Bennett to get Scott Chandler....good move? (I had a bye week dilemma with Cook and Bennett)

Christopher Harris
  (11:41 AM)

Hi, Mark. Well, listen, you got a better solution for this week, which is probably what you needed, but for the rest of the year, I like Bennett more. He's injured right now.

Chris (Richmond)

Is it Clancy Swift? Andre Johnson and Greg Jennings have led my team to a 3-3 record. Who should I trade for WR help? What range should I be able to get? R Bush, Bradshaw, Spiller, Sproles, McGahee?

Christopher Harris
  (11:42 AM)

Hi, Chris. Seems to me that you should be able to trade one or two of these guys and get something good. Something like McGahee and Bush would bring a top 10 WR, I would think?

Flex-y and I Know It (Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle)

Clancy Swift! 2 trades..give Vick/Decker for Cam/VJax...and give Calvin/Britt/Fleener for Nciks/Austin/Lloyd/Bennett? .5 PPr and PPr repsectively

Christopher Harris
  (11:42 AM)

The former seems quite even. The latter, I prefer the side getting Calvin.

Clancy Swift !!!!!!! (Afro!!!!!)

Mcfadden/Hartline for Gore/Reggie Wayne in 1 pt ppr league? Which side makes you jump higher??

Christopher Harris
  (11:42 AM)

Gore/Wayne is my favored, but I think it's eminently fair.

Christopher Harris
  (11:43 AM)

Okay -- back to the main part of our program....thanks to all you Slotbackers.

Zeke (Cali)

Chris,Would you rather stash David Wilson or Andre Brown ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:44 AM)

Hi, Zeke. That is once again a very good question, because it seems that yesterday when Bradshaw didn't practice, Brown ran with the ones. That's good news that his concussion problems appear to be behind him, so I would probably say Brown again. But I don't think anyone has a great read on this......

Darius (Hong Kong)

Why do you reckon Lions D is a better start than Cowboys this week?

Christopher Harris
  (11:45 AM)

Hi, Darius. Well, it's close for me (DET 10, DAL 14), and in a normal week (i.e., one without 6 bloody byes!), neither would be a fantasy starter for me. But I have DET slightly higher because believe it or not statistically speaking, by my metrics CHI has been a better offense for fantasy D's to face than CAR. It's those Cutler sacks, I suppose.....

Arod (Yankees Dog House)

Just got that ball back from the girl I threw it to...the number she wrote on it was for a hitting instructor...I'm confused! Anyway...which D would you rather have this week...Texans, Lions, or Cardinals?

Christopher Harris
  (11:46 AM)

Har. I have the Texans higher. Remember, everyone, you can see my single-position ranks here: http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=12ranksWeek7DST

Mike (Big D)

Outlook on Denarius Moore for ROS? Would you trade a good QB for him if you have three decent QBs?

Christopher Harris
  (11:47 AM)

Hi, Mike. I like Moore. He's a bit feast-or-famine...he's either going to make a big play down the field, or he's going to disappoint his fantasy owners, and there aren't too many dudes who make a big play down the field every week. It depends on how "good" the good QB is. Top 10? Probably not straight up.

ben (nj)

Why did you and Mat rank the seahawks D against the 49ers better than Greenbays D this week?

Christopher Harris
  (11:48 AM)

Hi, Ben. Well, again by my metrics, the Rams have actually been a slightly more difficult offense for opposing defenses to face over the past 5 weeks than the 49ers have, and also SEA's D is, in my opinion, simply better than Green Bay's.

Jeff (ME)

Chris, nervous about starting the Houston D due to their recent injuries and getting blown up by the Packers. Do you still consider them a solid starting unit this week?

Christopher Harris
  (11:49 AM)

Hi, Jeff. Listen, defenses are *brutal* to predict on a weekly basis. I got a Tweet last week from someone who told me (paraphrasing) to "put more effort into my defensive ranks each week, because (your) predictions haven't been good enough." Ha. It's tough enough to project an entire season for a defense you think is good; the statistical week-to-week noise is tough. That said, the playmakers HOU has on defense are impressive, and it would require more than a one-game slump for me to get away from 'em.

Brandon (Ohio)

Given that Donald Brown is healthy in a few weeks? worth the pick up?

Christopher Harris
  (11:50 AM)

Hi, Brandon. Sure. If Donald Brown was dropped in your league and you've got room for another bench RB, he's an add.

Mike (San Diego)

Did any concerns you had about Aaron Rodgers and the Packers' offense go buh-bye before after last week's game?

Christopher Harris
  (11:51 AM)

Hi, Mike. I honestly didn't have too many concerns. The biggest one, such as it was, involved the O-line, and they performed very well against a tough Houston D-line. But there was never a point where I was thinking, "Boy, people should think about benching Aaron Rodgers." Never. I have a radio show in NYC to prove it. The host has been panicking on Rodgers for a month, and I've been talking him off the ledge every week.

Quandry (In the Quarry)

Do I sit Ray Rice vs. Houston when I have:- Doug Martin vs. New Orleans- MJD vs. Oakland

Christopher Harris
  (11:51 AM)

I wouldn't. I would go Rice and MJD. As much as I like Martin, I don't like him as much as those proven commodities.

Ari (STL)

Kendall Hunter or Micahel Bush ROS?

Christopher Harris
  (11:52 AM)

Hi, Ari. I would still have to say Bush, only because he's a good bet to have, say, 5 TDs the rest of the way. But should Gore get hurt, boy, I'd like Hunter a bunch.

I Need to Buy Your Book (and learn to read)

Lets talk about FLEX...pick 2: Ballard, W.Powell, Avery, Crabtree

Christopher Harris
  (11:52 AM)

You definitely do. On both counts. I would pick Ballard and Powell this week.

Dan (Boston)

Hi, Chris. Who do you like(or hate least) this week and ROS? Justin Blackmon or Brandon Gibson?

Christopher Harris
  (11:53 AM)

Hi, Dan. I think I'd say Gibson on both counts, but as you say, this is a pretty low level of like.

Nick (Vol State)

Does Peyton Manning continue to produce? Or will his 2nd half magic end?

Christopher Harris
  (11:54 AM)

Hi, Nick. Manning has been quite good, and those folks talking about how "his deep ball doesn't have it anymore" have been full of poo from the beginning of the year. (Sometimes people just need to have something to talk about, y'know?) I think Peyton is a top-10 fantasy QB, just as I did before the season started. He's climbed in my estimation really because a few other guys (hello, Romo and Rivers!) have fallen. I don't think a fade is coming from Manning.

Hoagie (Passamaquody)

Do your rankings take into account Bradshaw's foot?

Christopher Harris
  (11:55 AM)

Hi, Hoagie. They didn't. That's something that came out after Tuesday night (which is when I submit my ranks). I'm going to have to consider that when I re-rank for tomorrow morning. I want to see what people say about his practice today -- if he's able to go, I probably won't move him much.

Pete (Minn)

Aren't you a bit to high on Martin. I mean Blount look great also in that game, and i know he isn't very good

Christopher Harris
  (11:56 AM)

Hi, Pete. Yeah, but all but 2 of Blount's carries came on a possession very late in garbage time (as did his TD). I tried not to get carried away -- after all, it was the Chiefs. But we talk about Martin at length on this week's Fantasy Underground podcast -- I recommend you check it out and see if you agree with what we say.

Kelly (Brooklyn)

WHOA! Just saw the Stephen Hill answer from before...Would you drop Donnie Avery for him? Thanks Chris!

Christopher Harris
  (11:57 AM)

Hi, Kelly. I would say yes, I would probably pick up Hill on the off chance that (a) he gets healthy enough, and (b) he figures things out enough so that he can become New York's WR1. There's an opening there that Avery just doesn't have with Reggie Wayne in town. (And yes, of course, Luck is better than Sanchez, but Sanchez can make a WR1 at least a fantasy contributor....)

You didn't answer the full question (Please?)

I got offered lynch for nicks, should I accept? In a ppr league, I have r. bush, a. morris, leshoure, cj2k, & deangelo at rb

Christopher Harris
  (11:57 AM)

Sorry....going too fast. I would say yes, provided you can weather the loss of Nicks in your receiving corps, I would do this.

Keith (VA)

Thoughts on Kendall Wright from here on out? He looks like he is improving each week, but under Hasselback. Once Locker returns, does his value drop? Is Stephen Hill a better add?

Christopher Harris
  (11:58 AM)

Hi, Keith. I think Wright is going to be quite a good player, albeit a complementary one as long as Britt is healthy. I don't think he suffers terribly if Locker is the QB. I think he's probably more ownable than Hill at the moment, though as I just mentioned, I think Hill has quite a bit more upside, should things break perfectly for him.

Jason (Miami)

James Jones and Frank Gore for Run DMC fair?

Christopher Harris
  (11:59 AM)

Hi, Jason. I'm hedging. I do think it's fair. Jones could see his value tank if Jennings comes back soon, and Gore could see his workload lessened as the season goes along. At this exact moment in time, though, Jones and Gore have probably *both* been better than DMC. It strikes me you might be able to buy lower on him.......

Pat (Bronx)

Who do you like more PPR ROS Green or Powell? Would trade Powell for lottery ticket Ben Tate, if you had good RB depth (Forte, Morris, Green and Pierre)?

Christopher Harris
  (12:00 PM)

Hi, Pat. I would say I like Green a bit more. And yes, that would be a trade I'd make considering you probably don't have much use to start Powell any time soon.

Christopher Harris
  (12:00 PM)

OK, gang, one more and then I have to go write the Hard Count......

Tom (NYC)

Both my TEs are on BYE!!! Any darkhorse suggestions???

Christopher Harris
  (12:01 PM)

Hi, Tom. Tough for me to know what TEs are owned in your league...so I'd recommend you look at our rankings: http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=12ranksWeek7TE

Mike (Walpole)

Can you post a link to your pdocast?

Christopher Harris
  (12:01 PM)

There it is: http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=8517153

Christopher Harris
  (12:02 PM)

Okay, everyone, thanks for a great hour. Sorry I can't get to all your questions -- more than 2,900 questions in an hour! (That's a record for this season for me.) Follow me @CHarrisESPN and I'll try and answer as many more as I can, and please do check out the Fantasy Underground podcast, and my novel, Slotback Rhapsody (at www.slotbackrhapsody.com). Peace! And thanks.
