Margus will be here in a couple of minutes to take your questions!

David (University of Rhode Island)

Margus your a beast. I threw disc and played d-line in high school. I wish you luck in the pros, hopefully with the patriots!

Let's get started!

Jeff (FL)

How much of the draft talk do you listen to?

Margus Hunt
  (1:30 PM)

Not that much. I just try to focus on what I have going on right now.

Ryan (Austin)

How much pride do you take in blocking kicks? Are you proud of your NCAA record?

Margus Hunt
  (1:31 PM)

Absolutely. Special teams can change games. It's definitely won us a couple of games or changed the momentum.

Sylvain (calgary)

Hey Margus, With American football taking off globally do you feel there are more athletes from your home country that would be able to transition well to football or were they better off competing at their current sports?

Margus Hunt
  (1:32 PM)

I've had a lot of requests from guys back in Estonia asking advice in how they can start getting into American football in the U.S. I just told them to play the best they can in whatever they have going on right now.

Willie (Miami)

What defensive scheme would you like to play in?

Margus Hunt
  (1:32 PM)

I see myself as a really versatile player and can play whatever defense the coaches see me in. It doesn't matter the spot.

Brian (Houston)

Were you proud of your combine marks? Did they meet your expectations? I was certainly impressed!

Margus Hunt
  (1:32 PM)

Absolutely. I achieved every goal that I set for myself months ago. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

Greg (ATL)

Favorite sport to watch other than football?

Margus Hunt
  (1:33 PM)

Golf.

Barry (TX)

Do you still do track and field workouts? Do you think track workouts help you as a football player?

Margus Hunt
  (1:33 PM)

I haven't done track workouts for two years. The only thing that I've done close to that is my lifting program. Other than that I haven't stepped into a stadium for a few years.

Alan (LA)

What was your favorite part of playing at SMU?

Margus Hunt
  (1:34 PM)

Just the closeness of the team of the community itself. It was a really great place to be.

Nick Miller (Baton Rouge, LA)

With Ansah and Okoye and yourself all having track and field backgrounds, do you think that track and field produces the best athletes in the world?

Margus Hunt
  (1:34 PM)

I believe so. With track and field you can do all of the different events that makes you versatile and agile.

Tom (Chicago)

How many teams have you visited?

Margus Hunt
  (1:35 PM)

Only 5 teams.

Mike (NYC)

What are your draft weekend plans?

Margus Hunt
  (1:35 PM)

I'll be with my family and friends in Dallas.

Alex (Orlando, FL)

With your size, did you think of taking up any other sport?

Margus Hunt
  (1:35 PM)

I did play a little bit of basketball, but that was just for playing around.

Clay Parker (West Monroe, LA)

Is there a chance that you will return to the discus or shot put? Maybe after a few years or when your NFL career is over?

Margus Hunt
  (1:36 PM)

No. I'm done with all of that.

Erin (Houston)

Has any team shown more interest than any others?

Margus Hunt
  (1:36 PM)

Not really. All of the teams that I've visited have shown equal amounts of interest.

Derrick (CA)

Who's your favorite NFL player of all time?

Margus Hunt
  (1:37 PM)

I haven't been around the NFL too long to have an all time favorite. But last year I really kept my eye on JJ Watt.

Will (Dallas)

How are you able to block so many kicks?

Margus Hunt
  (1:37 PM)

A lot of credit goes to my teammates who were able to push the OL back so I was able to get to the ball and block kicks. It's teamwork.

Martin (Estonia)

Why should Estonians (basketball is king, skiing second, real football third) start watching NFL - apart from supporting you of course?

Margus Hunt
  (1:38 PM)

There are only a few Estonians who have ever achieved anything like this. There are only 2 or 3 that have played professionally. It's a huge accomplishment.

Kevin (DC)

What kinds of workouts have you been doing in preparation for the draft?

Margus Hunt
  (1:39 PM)

Nothing special, really. Just kept going with the workouts that I've been doing the last few months. Just keeping in the maintenance mode with all of the travel.

Willie (SF)

What made you decide to take up football?

Margus Hunt
  (1:40 PM)

I didn't want to leave Dallas or SMU, so I tried out to play football to get a scholarship and play at SMU. A couple of months in I started to love it and it became more than just the scholarship.

Tyler (Seattle)

Do you get tired of all of the travel?

Margus Hunt
  (1:40 PM)

Not really. I've had bad luck with flights being delayed or cancelled. Other than that, it's been a great process.

Cris ( CA)

what do you say about your critics?

Margus Hunt
  (1:41 PM)

I'm a work in progress. Definitely far from being the final product. There is still a lot of more work to do. I'm more than willing to do the work and learn the game to get better every day.

Margus Hunt
  (1:42 PM)

It's been a great and wondeful process. I've had a lot of fun the last four years playing this game. I'm looking forward to finding a new home and continuing to play.
