Re-Rank! Greatest Sportscasters
Created: January 14, 2009, 10:44 AM
The ASA chose Vin Scully as their greatest ever sportscaster, but what do you think?
The American SportsCasters Association has released its rankings of the top 50 greatest sportscasters. There are several significant names on the list, most notably that of Vin Scully, the legendary Dodgers broadcaster who has made some of the most memorable calls in history. Is he the all-time greatest, or do you prefer a different style -- the understated gravity of Pat Summerall, or the bombastic jocularity of our own Chris Berman?
In a new feature, we're asking you to Re-Rank the original list -- to give your own take on an issue already gone over by others. Do you, the fans, have a different take than that of the experts? Rank each of the top 50 sportscasters now!
