Training camp is just around the corner and our NFL experts are ready as they have picked the top 10 teams going into the 2009 season. Some of these teams finished strong last season and some have a great outlook in '09.

The Giants' defense is dominant, the Titans' run game game is virtually unstoppable, and the Steelers have all-around strength behind Ben Roethlisberger and James Harrison. But are these teams at the top of the league?
