Which team is the ACC's best?

The ACC has long been known for its mastery of college basketball, but the conference can hack it on the gridiron as well.

Part of this is undoubtedly due to Boston College joining the conference in 2005, but the conference is littered with historically great programs like Florida St., Virginia Tech and Miami. Even North Carolina got in on the fun last season, putting up its first winning season since 2001. There may not be an overwhelming powerhouse in the ACC, but it promises to be competitive and close-fought in 2009.
