Are the Bulls a contender?

Which are the best and worst teams in the NBA?

ESPN.com's Marc Stein serves up his NBA Power Rankings each week during the regular season, but that's only half of the rankings puzzle. The other half rests with you, SportsNation.

Just a little over a month ago things were looking dim for Chicago hoops. The Bulls were well-under .500, their coach was reportedly on the hot seat and they blew a 35-point lead to the Kings. Ouch. Luckily for Bulls fans, today, things are looking up. Chicago has won four straight -- all on the road -- and are one game away from being above .500. So will the Bulls rise up in your rankings?
