Where does LT rank?

Who are the best of the best among NFL running backs?

LaDainian Tomlinson piled up more yards than all but seven players and more touchdowns than all but two players during his first nine seasons in the NFL, but any numbers he adds to those totals will come in a new uniform.

Whether you believe Tomlinson has a lot or a little left in the tank, he's already put his name in the conversation about the greatest running backs ever to run to daylight. But where exactly does he rank alongside names like Jim Brown, Walter Payton and even a possible successor as the NFL's best back in Adrian Peterson?
