Are the 5-1 Blue Jays the real deal?

The first week of the MLB season is in the books -- and the Blue Jays, Tigers, Athletics, Phillies, Cardinals and Giants (aka the current division leaders) have come out swinging. But how much weight can be put into first-week records during a 162-game season? Are some teams that are leading the way mere pretenders, rather than contenders?

For instance, are the Blue Jays a legitimate threat in the powerful AL East? What about the A's in the AL West? It's time for you to make sense of the 30 MLB teams and put each one in the order you see fit.

You must rank at least FIVE for your vote to count.
