Where does Stephen Strasburg rank?

Who are the National League's best starting pitchers?

Conventional wisdom holds the American League has a leg up on its elder sibling in baseball these days, but there's no denying the excitement building about the Senior Circuit's pitching these days. Ubaldo Jimenez, Stephen Strasburg and Josh Johnson are a few of the guys doing things rarely, if ever, seen before in baseball, not to mention a perfect game here (Roy Halladay) and a two-time reigning Cy Young winner there (Tim Lincecum).

How do you size up the league's top pitchers? Is Strasburg already among the best? Is Lincecum finally looking less than superhuman? Rank the 20 pitchers below.
