Rank 'Em: 2009-10 NBA Power Rankings

Where do Gerald Wallace and the surging Bobcats rank?

Who are the best and worst teams in the NBA?

The Cavaliers and the Magic keep cruising along atop the standings in the Eastern Conference, but good luck figuring out the balance of power behind them. The Celtics are treading water. The Raptors and Bulls can't seem to buy a win, and the Bobcats and Bucks are surging. Aside from the top two, do any of these teams belong in the conversation with some of the Western Conference contenders?

ESPN.com's Marc Stein serves up his NBA Power Rankings each week during the regular season, but that's only half of the rankings puzzle. The other half rests with you, SportsNation.

You must rank at least FIVE teams for your vote to count.
