Where do the Bulls rank heading into April?

Who are the best and worst teams in the NBA?

While the Final Four for college hoops is set, NBA teams are still on the hunt to clinch playoff spots. One team on the postseason border (and on the wrong side of it) is the Chicago Bulls. Despite being under .500, the Bulls are just a half game behind the eighth-ranked team in the East, the Toronto Raptors. Yet with the Raptors dropping their last three games, do the Bulls deserve to be ranked higher than Toronto? Vote now!

You must rank at least FIVE teams for your vote to count.
