Is Tiger Woods the favorite at St. Andrews?

Who are the favorites as the Open Championship returns to St. Andrews?

The last time the tournament also known as the British Open was played at St. Andrews and Tiger Woods didn't win, baseball was coming off a season without a World Series and Michael Jordan had just returned from his first retirement. John Daly won that tournament in 1995, but will Woods win for the third time in a row at one of the most famous courses in the sports?

Below you'll find the top 20 players in the World Golf Rankings and a few more wild cards. Who do you think will post the best scores at St. Andrews?
