Who are the best and worst teams in the NHL?

The Capitals are holding up just fine without Alex Ovechkin, but they have some company atop the standings in the Eastern Conference. Riding a 9-1-0 streak in their last 10 games entering play Monday, the Devils have soared to the top of the top-heavy Atlantic Division and tied the Capitals for the top spot in the East. But is either team as good as the Sharks?
