Bill Belichick really does seem to have a knack with these things, doesn't he?

The Patriots picked up LeGarrette Blount from the Buccaneers for track star Jeff Demps and a seventh-round pick. And all Blount did was shoulder the load for New England's running game in December and turn in the best rushing performance of the 2013 postseason to date. His 166 yards rushing and four touchdowns in the Patriots' win over the Colts earned Blount the No. 1 spot in the Cross-Sport Power Rankings for this week. (And proved yet again that Belichick knows a thing or two about football.)

Marshawn Lynch, who has had a seismic impact as a running back in Seattle -- literally -- was second for his performance against the Saints, followed up by the Thunder's Kevin Durant, Ballon d'Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo and new baseball Hall of Famer Greg Maddux.
