History: The Metrodome was the third domed facility in baseball. It played host to the 1987 and 1991 World Series, 1985 All-Star Game, Super Bowl XXVI and the NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournament in 1992. The facility includes 7,600 retractable seats in right field, a retractable curtain in the upper deck displaying championship and retired-number banners, and a plaza added along Kirby Puckett Place prior to the 1996 season.

Soak up the scene:
The Twins are saying goodbye to the Metrodome in 2009 before moving into a new open-air park. While the Hump Dome is anything but a classic ballpark, it has hosted some exciting events in its quarter-century, including a Super Bowl, two Final Fours, the All-Star Game and two World Series Game 7s (1987 and 1991), both won by the Twins. • Sections 215 and 216 are Family Zone seating areas. No alcohol is permitted in these Sections.
• Tickets not specified by the seller as Dugout Box will be mapped to the Lower Club portion of that section.
• Tickets not specified by the seller as Upper Box will be mapped to the Upper Club portion of that section.
• Listings for suites should be accompanied by both the suite number and letter designation in order to map properly.

General:
No cameras or recording devices are allowed. Prohibited items: Coolers, backpacks, fanny packs and large purses. Fans bringing these items to the stadium will be asked to return them to their vehicles. Nothing larger than a small purse, which will be subject to inspection, will be allowed for fans to carry into the stadium. There will be increased screening at the Metrodome gates; as a result, fans are encouraged to arrive earlier than usual at the stadium and take their seats sooner to avoid pressure areas at the entry gates.

Traveling from the south: Take I-35W north to 3rd Street/University of Minnesota exit. For available parking, follow 3rd Street past Metrodome. Traveling from the east, take I-94 to 5th Street exit. For available parking, turn right or left on 11th Avenue, or continue straight on 5th Street past the Metrodome. Traveling from the west: Take I-94 to 7th Street exit. For available parking, continue on 6th or 8th streets past Portland to lot. Traveling from the north: Take I-35W south to the Washington Avenue exit. Turn right on Washington. Do not drive to the Metrodome; parking is available in the ramps and lots to the north and west of the Metrodome.
