Johnson ignites Titans in season opener
Some gamers consider Chris Johnson the best player in "Madden NFL 10." And those skills showed in the first "Madden" simulation of the new season. Johnson proved to be the best Titan on the field as his squad smashed helmets with the Steelers.
Johnson rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns, including a 51-yard sprint in the fourth quarter that gave the Titans the 35-28 win in an instant classic.
The Steelers, who were trailing virtually the entire game, scored 14 quick points in the fourth quarter to take a 28-20 lead. But thanks to a 21-yard pass from Kerry Collins and the quick feet of "Mr. Madden" -- aka Chris Johnson -- it's the defending champs who start the season still searching for their first win.
All games have been simulated through the EA SPORTS Madden NFL 10 game engine in a CPU versus CPU format.ESPN ARCADE
