Pats down Ravens in AFC slugfest
Through the first three weeks of the season, the Baltimore Ravens have looked like NFL juggernauts, destroying opponents with an offense that plays as fiercely as its defense. Week 4, the Ravens face their toughest task, traveling to Gillette Stadium to take on the Patriots in what could be the game of the season so far.
And according to Madden, the game doesn't disappoint: The Pats and Ravens slug it out through four ferocious quarters, with Tom Brady and the Patriots pulling out a nail-biter, 24-20.
Fred Taylor rushed for 109 yards for New England, including a key third-quarter touchdown that put the Pats up 21-13. Joe Flacco helped bring the Ravens back, and Baltimore even had a chance to win the game in the final seconds, but Flacco's pass to Mason in the back of the end zone was picked off to seal the game for New England. Could we see a rematch in the AFC Championship Game?
