Bucs fall to Panthers, remain winless
Remember when someone thought firing Jon Gruden was a good idea? I think Tampa would like to take that move back as they drop another game, this time to Carolina, to fall to 0-6 on the season.
Jake Delhomme threw for 242 yards and two touchdowns for the Panthers as they try to salvage their season with back-to-back wins. Steve Smith added 64 yards receiving as he tries to reclaim the title of "best receiver named Steve Smith in the NFL."
Josh Johnson did look impressive for the Bucs, though, and was one of the few bright spots for the team. In only his third start of the season, Johnson threw for 206 yards and two touchdowns.
