Steelers hand Vikings first season loss

It's a battle of top contenders as the undefeated Vikings take on the defending champs. Can Favre lead his team to a perfect 7-0 start? According to Madden, Favre's magic ends this week as Pittsburgh gets three touchdown passes from Big Ben to help the Steelers pull out the 24-17 win.

Roethlisberger finished the game with 315 yards through the air, finding Holmes seven times for 101 yards and a score.

Adrian Peterson ran for 128 yards and one touchdown in the loss for Minnesota.
