Here's what pre-X Games training is like, Jamaica style.

With my bike as my only form of transportation around Negril, I ride every day for my coffee, lunch and scuba shop. This is my fourth day here, we've hooked up with Rusty, the local bike guide, and have ridden a couple downhill trails as well as a long cross-country ride out to coconut groves, all on my downhill bike.

I've managed to break one of my bikes already. I guess it doesn't matter if you're on holiday or not.
