GREEN BAY, Wis. – Aaron Rodgers has long bemoaned the NFL’s extensive use of on-field microphones – both for natural in-game sound and behind-the-scenes clips for NFL Films and the like – but the Green Bay Packers quarterback always viewed it as an intrusion and an inconvenience, not a safety risk.

The Packers will once again hold a practice -- and not a scrimmage -- as part of their Family Night activities at Lambeau Field. It will be July 31, a Sunday night, one week before they play the Colts in the Hall of Fame game. Last year's event drew more than 67,000 people. Tickets are $10 and go on sale June 27.
